This number texted me today wanting to buy an instrument I have posted on craigslist. His grammar was the first indication that he might be a scammer, but also that the area code is 400 miles away. He wanted a mover to come. He offered to pay my "firm" price by PayPal, but my price was listed obo and I specified local sale. I am not going to continue communicating with him, and would recommend readers to use their judgement.

This guy wanted to purchase a car from me. He wanted to pay via Pay Pal. $8,500.00 and have a mover come get it. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION. PAYPAL HAS NO CUSTOMER VIA THIS NUMBER,EMAIL, OR ADDRESS......(JUST WANT TO SELL MY CAR) WHAT A PAIN.

This guy has been trying to "purchase" something from me and trying to move money by paypal. According to this guy, his name is Danny Phillip with an e-mail account of danny145196att.net. Trying to get me to send him a $6K camera rig. When I asked him to use Western Union he declined and insisted on Paypal. According to Paypal, there is no such user under this e-mail account. No "verified" shipping address. The phone number is for a VOIP and the voice mail at the number listed says it is a google voice mail account. He is supposed to be from NY but traveling. USE EXTREME CAUTION IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.
