I received this call on June 21 at approx. 5:15 pm.      I did not answer the call, so I have no other information.   I do not want calls from this number.

These people claim they are from my medical insurance. They want to verify my information and send me a new meter.  
My insurance would know my correct information. Not sure who these people really are. I have hung up on them several times telling them I do not have that insurance even though I am not sure which insurance they claim to be. They still keep calling back.

The same thing has been happening to me for about 4 months now, and I refuse to give them any information or confirm any personal information. They are driving me crazy! I've asked them every single time to take me off the calling list and yet they continue to harass me 2 to 3 calls a week sometimes on my cell phone, taking up my minutes!

I keep receiving calls from a person with a very heavy Asian or Middle Eastern Accent. They state they are from the Medical Information Verification Department. This is a non-existent department. They hang up if you ask for more information. They ignore requests to be put on the DNC list. This leads me to believe they are not a legitimate company. Do not give these people any personal information. If you try to call the number back, it is out of service.

This person has been calling me constantly.  I generally don't pick up because it is scam and spam.  I do know the person is from New York.   They are trying to get personal information relative to health insurance.  My spouse is a police detective and has looked them up.  Total Scammers.  We are reporting them to the attorney general in New York city.

Received a call from this number on 5/31/14 @ 7:18pm.  Gentleman with accident wanted to talk over my health insurance info.  I told him to get lost!

this number from 646-524-6575 and 645-257-545 is the same people wanting to update medical information I have told them repeatedly don't call again but I am keeping a record so that every time they call they can be fined and I can sue for harrasment .

I've been called a few times from this number. They rattle off very quickly who they are, so I ask them to repeat slowly. They say they "are with my insurance." I ask them what insurance that is, and they give me a different guess each time.They have claimed BC/BS and Kaiser multiple times.

these individuals are a scam - they keep calling me and i either ignore the calls but today I answered.  The first one was a guy that barely spoke english and said he was with my health care provider and all I did was scream at him about not being able to understand him and that I wanted to speak to someone that spoke english.  the 2nd time they called the person spoke a little bit better english (at least partially understandable) and he again said that he was calling from my health care provider.  and I insisted that he give me a name of a company and he said "Cigna" and I told him the call was being recorded and that they were a scam and they were to never contact me again.  and then I threw in that I was not with Cigna. and he hung up.

I keep getting a call from this # on my cell asking for a person who does not live in our home. I have asked them to remove my number from their call list but the calls keep continuing

I have told these individuals to put me on their "DO NOT CALL" list for  the past 30 days. This is a Harassment issue. When I did a reverse number search, this number is not in  service. The individual's that have called do not have an US America Accent Believe it is a Central Asian Dialect (IE India area). Can the FCC and BBB get involved. I have been in contact with my Health Care Providers...I am also A US Veteran. Maybe the FBI or NCIS need to get involved. Thank you IF I receive another call form this number I will contact my Phone carrier for further prosecution.

I keep receiving calls from this number telling me that they are my insurance company.  I immediately told them they are not my insurance ( I work in the medical insurance industry) and they immediately hang up.  They have an accent as if they are from India or Pakistan. It is definitely a scam..  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE.  I'd like to know how I can block them from calling me

They call every couple days but I never pick up or dial back..i've learned to just goggle the phone number to find out who keeps calling & it's always some kind of SCAM...

I am receiving multiple calls from this number.  They do not leave a message.  I am on the do not call list and I suspect this number is a scam.

called three times, twice now from different numbers.  This time asking to update medical information for BC/BS.  Told them they had called before and I told them I do not have BC/BS and I am on a do not call list.  I also told them since they were already informed of my do not call status they were breaking the law and violating my personal rights (yelling at them at this point).  He stopped talking and hung on the line for about 45 seconds before hanging up.

Same number calling multi able times  looking to update blue cross blue shield info. That's not how insurance companies work. I asked if he was a terrorist or working for our government trying to see who got insurance or if somehow he was trying to scam.now same number calling and I would not give any info he hung and tried callin back and it was a time warner landline customer.  Beware of that number

New my name, address, state, and zip. Said they wanted to verify my medical records and started asking personal info. They are relentless.  They have called about 6 times and I'm on the do not call
List. I'm old but not stupid.

I been constantly getting calls from the same number saying it's about bile cross insurance and wanted I'd numbers to update info. I cannot understand these Indians standing on a corner in India trying to scam info from me. I don't know what to do other then curse them out cause they do not take "I don't understand u" as a hint that there English sucks

I had a blast messing with these idiots. I couldn't understand the first man because of his accent, to save my soul. Claiming he's from a Medical verification office in NY. I kept asking him why he was calling and where he was from. At one point I asked to speak with someone who spoke English. He puts another person on the phone whose accent is as bad as his. Again the same BS. I asked him if he was nuts. There was no way I was giving him any info. I told him to take me off his list and never to call me again. Click. He hangs up.

unknown caller on ID, heavy East Indian accent.  Lots of background noise, others making calls, sounded like they were in an echo chamber!  Must have been a warehouse.  Said he was from Blue Cross, then some others.  Had a family members name and address, wanted to update records.  SCAM... I asked for a confirmation phone number to a real company and he hung up.  

Called numerous times until iOS 7 when I put them on my blocked numbers list. They say they are from Blue Cross/Blue Shield and ask for personal information to "update my medical information".  I have insurance, but not BC/BS. I tell them that and ask to be put on the do not call list, but it did no good. Thankfully I can just block the number now.
