They call me 4 times and when I answered no response...

They call every night between 8 and 8:30. We never answer the call.

If they call on your cell & you setup a distinct ring-put the number in your contacts list but set the distinct ring to SILENT. Also-add a name of DO NOT ANSWER or SCAMMER to remind you NOT to answer. This works & it doesn't cot you anything.

Just received a call on my cell phone from this number again. Hadn't answered before because I didn't recognize the number but decided that I would go ahead and answer this time. Silence for the 1st 3 secs or so and then someone who was either not speaking English or had a really bad accent came on. I have no idea what he said, so I told him that he had the wrong number and hung up.

Caller id herself as working for Chase credit cards advising me that because I am such a valued customer a $ 20 gift card and a $100 gift cert is being sent to my mailing address.

Being cautious, I grilled her on the gimmick. She swears that there is NO gimmick and that I can use the items at will at anyplace accepting VISA.   We will see.

Who knows, can't wait to get the info!

has anyone found a way to sue this fake company maybe we can make some money of off it who knows if so we can all file the same clame and really make some money ive sued fake pill companys for false advertisement and made a couple grand witch im sure is nothing to them but if we have a group of people we could get that much more?

how can I stop multiple night calls from 646-558-5631. They come in about every 10 minutes after 10PM (Eastern Time). I don't answer them but see DMI Program and phone number on my caller ID. I now disconnect the phone at night but can still see calls on my caller log. Best advice so far from this site is call Federal Trade Commission 877-382-4357 and local Attorney General's Office. Call come from NY so I will also try NY Attorney General.

646-558-5631 has been calling since, May 9, 2011,  I registered my American Express gift card from Simon Mall by calling their help center in India. In order to use the gift card online, you have to call the 800# on the back of the card.

usa genefits keep caling said i won gift card for a 200$ 4 or 5 times aday the no is 2153839735 how do i report them i no its a scam on your credit card

They claim to be USA Benefits.  Wanted to send me "Free Gifts."  They had the last four digits of my credit card.  Wanted to "verify" my address.  Did not verify.  When I confirmed what their company was called, "you said you are with USA Benefits?"  "To my knowledge my credit card company is not affiliated with your company."  Then the lady hung up.  I immediately called my credit card company and enacted a fraud protection service.  Beware...

Got three calls in 1 1/2 hours tonight. Didn't answer.

This number has called TWENTY times in 2-1/2 hours on my cellular phone that I use for my public safety job. I've drawn my phone from my pocket 20 times this afternoon in the midst of chaos legit calls regarding my job. Can someone disconnect this number please?

Received call to confirm my visa card. They had the last four of an old visa but my current address and first/last name. Tried to get me to say yes to charge card for US weekly magazinea. But I said "it won't work"n "its cancelled"m He kept repeating until he finally hung up. Reporting to FTC per another post.

i keep getting calls from "dmi program" several times a day. i've never answered and they have never left a message, they called again tonight and i had my husband answer. you could tell the telemarketer on the line was indian from his accent. he told my husband that he was calling about my visa card (i don't have a visa card). i got on the phone and asked what the call was about. he said that he was sending me a $150 check. I stopped him before he could continue and very politely but abruptly told him that this dmi program has been calling me every day several times a day and i no longer wish to receive calls. he tried to rebuttal me but i just repeated myself. he said "thank you" and hung up. Hope that takes care of it.

I get calls from these guys at least once or twice a day.  
It's a marketing department of some or other company that, I believe, has ties to Russian companies.
(Why do I think this?  Because the guy who used to have my number was Russian - and I get constant calls for him, both personal and business related.  And after the first sentence on the answering machine he starts to speak Russian.)

Keep getting calls from this number. Don't know them, don't want to. We are on the "do not call" list. My Go-Phone charges me every time they call & hang up on me.

DMI Program will call again even if you say to take you off their call list.  Take down the company name, phone number, time of day you received the call.  If they've mentioned your credit card, asked them how/from where they got your number.  Then contact the Federal Trade Commission to report:  1-877-382-4357.  The FTC will give you a complaint reference number and most likely advise you to contact the Attny General's Office - Consumer Affairs of your state to report it as well.  Consumer Affairs will give you a reference number for your complaint.  For your protection, go to your state's CA website and research "Identity Theft" and "credit freezing".  Call the credit card company to report the scam calls.  Check for and immediately report any charges/activity you don't recognize to the credit card company.  Request your credit report from annualcreditreport.com or call 1-877-322-8228.  Don't take chances, protect your identity.

I have a "do not call" but they are calling anyway!

This person ran an ad for an apartment on craigslist so he/she could get your number.  Just a sicko who has nothing better to do with their life.  You can always put a block on that number.

I keep getting phone calls from this same number every single day.  They are silent or once a woman started to talk and I asked what she wanted and then she hung up.  It shows DMI Program.  I do not know how to get them to quit calling here.

Silence for a few seconds and then a woman came on and said that I won a gift card and wanted me to claim the price. I said I don't want it and she said "we are not asking you to make a final decision today."  Sounded like a scam so didn't wait long to hear more and hung up

Got a call 3 days in a row from this number.  No message, I did not answer.  Called back, an answering machine said I had reached the marketing department but did not tell me what company.  I could press 1 to be put on a do not call list.  Hung up.

I got a call on my CELL PHONE, but no one said anything and the call was disconnected after 3 seconds of silence.  WTF?

the same thing happened to me. they called and did not say anything.
