I received a voicemail from this number stating that I need to call them immediately because they represent someone that is suing me and they were under the impression I wasn't aware of it because I haven't gotten contact with there company, so out of courtesy, they wanted to let me know. I called back and spoke to a Reda stating she was representing a company called OPD which is a cash advance online service. I was told that I was being charge for 1700.00, plus court fees due to check fraud. She informed me that they sent out court papers to my resident and had me served. She told me that I would be arrested and charged a felone but if I pay them 1000.00, the company would settle the debt. If not, I would pay all damages and go to jail. The company name was NC&C Solutions (External Audited Division). I didn't know what was going on, I was in tears and frustrated to hear someone tell me that Im a felone and that I was going to jail. She even said that they looked at my record and seen that I never been in trouble before and that is why they gave me a courtesy call which normally they do not do. The number she gave me to call her back on was: 646-741-9090. She also informed me at the end of the call that it was being recorded, for what reason, I dont know.

yes they said i talked to a  ms hood. also i opened a different account for them to take the money but they haven't touched it saying that it declined them and they were contacting macomb county to start garning my waged ans still nothing tried calling the number they called from and no answer or answering machine.what gives has anyone checked them out on better bussiness berau?

i don't know what to think for 2 weeks now they said they want their money for their clente. i tried calling them today and no answer.so i guess if they don't call the money is mine and i can actually pay bills.this was a scam from an online thing i did when i was going thru ancestory.com.saying i okayed a loan from this company if i don't pay they are going to garnish my wages and it could cost me up to 1,000 dollars

They keep calling my home asking for my son who doesn't even live here or in the same state. They will not stop calling. Today I told him one more care and I am going to get him for invading my privatey.

Received call today leaving voice message about being retained to do a back round check and how I must return her call. Funny thing she used the same name when she called last month she was in the audit department and when she called two months ago threatening me. She calls repeatedly each month with a new scam.

yes i recieve a call from them saying i was being charged for check fraud, because i took put a pdl. then closed my account. when in reality yes i took out a pdl found out it was a scam after i spent the money then closed my account. check fraud my butt!. more like making sure i protect my identity and account

This voice on the other end said "You're gonna die." And then hung up.  When I called the number back and told the person that answered I was filing a police report with my local police department and also allowing them to access my voice mails so they could hear the threat as well  the person on the other line could not do enough for me to try and track down who made the call! They called my private phone number on 4/245/2013.

This company keep calling and leaving meesages. well they called again today 4/21/2013. So i listen to the message. the lady on my voicemail leaving messages. didnt scare me one bit so i got the name of thethe company which is NC Solutions. so i took it upon myself and look this company up. i knew they were scammerstrying to get my money and information. HELL NO...please dont fall for it.

Just got the same call   DO NOT RESPOND. They need to be reported. I know they have my info from my computor  so be very careful...

They called me at work, and the secretary took the message for me. The woman called herself Ms. Harris.  I will definitely contact an attorney if they call, again.

got this call this morning, a recording telling me to have my lawyer call them back at 888-701-9434.  They never identified themselves.

The same thing happened to me too.  They said something about an audit as well.  I will not call them back and if they call me again I'm not giving them ANY financial information UNLESS I see it in writing!

I keep recieving phone calls at work from the 646-664-1820 number also asking for a certain amount of money, I'm glad I didn't gove out my information and then said her name was Ms. Hood, I try calling back the number and it just ring, ring, ring and ring no answering service or live person to speak too.

I received a call from this company as well.  Becareful when giving out your information places as there are always someone trying to scam out here.

I've been getting messages from this "agency" on my cell phone however they are asking for someone named "Ruby". Not me. I've had this number for 15 years and have no debt past or present.  I did call and left two messages telling them to call me back because I was pissed they had the wrong number and kept calling it. I guess if they call me back I get the chance to go off on them instead of them harassing someone else.  After reading how awful they are my fangs are out!  Wish me luck!!

I received a call from 6467419090 they said they were going to take  my taxes if I didn't pay $590.00 today and they had so much of my info. That it scared me I'm glad I saw this website before paying out any money. Thanks

They are calling my job and my cell number.  they have said that i dont have any priors but wanted to give me the opportunity to correct it.  the lady even went as far as to say that she was with the county fraud division....I WORK FOR THE COUNTY....there is no such division!!!!!  true scammers!!!!!!!

I recieve a call from this company they need to be stopped

NC Solutions is a debt collection firm, no more, no less, usually related to Payday loans.  They use typical scams like saying they are the "audit" or legal division - all scare tactics to get you to pay if they reach you. Don't be fooled if they say they are recomending to take this to court - it's not worth their time to go to court on a $300 payday loan. If you do owe money and want to pay - (1) settle for less than you owe - they'll always tke something (2) don't give banking or CC info as they continue to tap those.  Insist on paying via a money order or western Union.

Just received a phone call from a NC Solutions asking to return the call.  I did the same thing and looked them up, No such thing. I hate scammers.... Be careful when filling out application online for loans and lines of credit.

I received a voice mail today very similar. Said she was Ms. Andrews with NC Solution audit division. Said she has a docit on her desk that has some inconsistencies. Said looking at my profession and looking over my records doesn't look like I have any priors, doesn't think this is something I would ignore so she wants me to call her back. Sounds kinda fishy to me knowing that I know I have done nothing wrong and the only audit I could think of would be IRS and I'm pretty sure they would contact me themselves.

Got a voice mall on my cell saying that they are going to audit me. But when I call the number they left me and the ext. 30 there is no such number. They call themselves mc solutions. She said she had the papers in front of her. And did not think I would ignore something like this. Well this is the first I have heard of this. But when I called and used the extention she game me which I saved on my voice mail. There was no number of that extention. And then the computer voice said stay on the line and someone will be right with you. Then it said goodbye. So I don't know what to think. And how did she know what hours I work? She knew I went in at 10:30 how did she know this?
