a fax call - don't know who it is.

This is yet another of random calls from fax numbers received today. We do not have a fax machine, do not have voice mail on this line and the number is non-published. We also registered with Do Not Call.

I did research on another number recently, and it took me about 45 minutes to locate the number. I called the business and had them remove our number from their directory of contacts. I told the person that I was just about to call the authorities.

The caller, 1-646-789-0523, tried to fax @ 9:52. A.M. 03/22/2013. I tried to call back twice. The message " You call can not be completed this time, please try later.I tried to fax us about 4 times yesterday. So many people file complaints with www.800notes.com  since Oct.2012

I get numerous calls from 646-789-0523 and they are an annoying series of loud beeps

If you don't have an existing business relationship with him, it's illegal for him to send you a fax even once!  Not to mention it's also illegal for him not to have unsubscription information and for him to continually send you faxes after requesting to unsubscribe (as happened to me).  So if you get even one of these faxes, go to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and file a complaint with the FCC.  I just did.  It's very easy.

This is a company called Bank Capital Direct. I filed a complaint with the FCC this morning. Despite adding our fax number to their do not call lists/website/number, they continue to send junk spam. Every fax has a different number that you have to call to request ceasure. Bull.

Also received a call from these folks. They called in to our fax line, but no fax came across. All of our numbers, including the fax line, are on the do not call list. Comes across as Unknown Name.

Same as others - call from a fax machine (left a 'voicemail' full of fax tones, but I don't have a fax machine on that number!). On Do-Not-Call, of course. No ID except the number. Delete. Done. But like others, it would be nice to have something like an instant death penalty for anyone violating our privacy with spam calls. Or maybe place them in a pit together with phones ringing 24/7 and nobody there except fax tones... Seems even the FTC (remember the "war on spam"?) is offering a reward for anyone who can stop phone spam!

Scumbag fax blaster offering short term business loans to small business owners.  As someone has already stated, the entire fax doesn't even come through...so, no removal number (not that it would do any good).  Waste of my time, ink, and paper.

Just received a call from this number.  Beeped like a fax machine.

This number has been calling all hours of the night.....hear beeps like a fax trying to connect....driving us crazy!!!

I keep getting numerous calls from these telemarketers.  Would somebody please invent a reverse Bullet / Electrical jolt Apparatus that can be sent to destroy the Spam callers automated call.  If enough of these devices were terminated the cost of replacing them might discourage the telemarketers.  It is very obvious that the National Do Not Call Registry does not work!  I haven't got the time to compose a complaint multiple times daily to the Attorney Generals Office, which I personally feel would fall on deaf ears!

Just received a call from this number but no message left.

Fax came from this number showing BankCapital "funding amount" of $50,000.00.
Looks like fax cut off before it could get the rest of the scam through.

CALLED AT 7:00 AM TWICE.   HEARD FAX MACHINE BEEPS. CALLED BACK, PERSON ANSWERING SOUNDED FOREIGN.  I WANT THESE CALLS TO STOP

Received the same phone call at 2:00  a.m.  what company is this?

This is an annoying fax machine calling all hours, to a land line... Who is this?
