Got a call from them on 646-580-3624 but what they didn't know is they were calling a real law office so the call was cut short.

Just got a call from Jason Kennedy who doesn't sound at all like a Kennedy.  Off shore call so they don't get nabbed with the Fair Debt Collections Act rules.  Total scam!!  These a***oles have been calling for years, you never get served paperwork because their scam is not legal and therefore they cannot take you to small claims court (which is where this would be negotiated if it was done right).  Know your rights and report to the FTC and your local Atty. General.

This gal "christie" Keeps callin... They tried this same time laste year.. I asked for the paperwork and they just tell me its in the mail... Anyone know how to stop these calls?

i just got a call from a jason kennedy and he pulled the same crap as everyone else got on this website. i just laughed and hung up and he called right back and left this number. when he called the first time it was 0000. friggin scammers!!!!

I got a phone call from theses ppl too saying they were going to put me in jail if I didn't pay them 1000. I was scared at first, but then I thougt about it. So I said fine send the paperwork I'll seen you in court. They never sent it that was 2 months ago. These ppl are bullies & scammers you can NOT go to jail!!   If it not on your credit report do Not trust them!!!!!

On my caller ID, there were only 5 number displayed, and the woman with a foreign accent left a very threatening message stating I need to call back immediately. I did so, she was unavailable, so I spoke with a gentleman who stated that I receive a payday loan in 2009 into a bank account that I never had, furthermore, I didn't live at the address he stated. He was only able to give me the last 4 of my social, and did not have the rest, he did not know the exact amount and did not have my correct e-mail address. He became very upset when I told him the name of the bank that he mentioned did not exist in the state that I live, and he should research it, and I never applied for a payday loan. He continued to tell me charges will be filed against me tomorrow morning, and I will be picked up. He tried to intimidate me to admit that I owed this $1000+. I told him if I owed it, I would pay it, but I am not paying something I do not owe; what really pissed him off is that I called him a messenger; a few things were said, and he hung up on me.
I thought for a minute and realized something wasn't right. I researched the number, I then called them back. This time I was told that the payday loan I received was in June 2010. I asked what court will this be heard in tomorrow; I was then told this is going to be a very long process because the paperwork has to go through the state reps I asked all kinds of questions about this business, and the woman could not answer any questions without first telling me to hold on. The last things I asked was if the business was legitimate and said that I was going to report them.... she then hung up on me too
This is a horrible scam, it is unreal what people will do...

I keep getting phone calls on my cell tellin me i need to call back ergently.. and when i do its all about owing money to a loan i never even applied for.. nice

i got that call to but i'm to late, they got me because they had work and home number, my four number of ssn who i bank with etc. so pass this on to all your friends, if they question they will get mad and theraten you. to lock you up.

They scare the f*** out of me. $1095.  I was going to send me to court and they will come on my job and pick me up and put me in jail. they call my job, they had all my imformation. they scared they hell out of me. they all speake Asian. and they are mean and rude. A Asia with a name like Kelly Ryan, speaking enlish is for the birds. hang up the phone. i know its to late for me but i will call my attorney General ofc. i have their fax number and reg phone number. Hang up. That was my mortgage money. to understand, you had to be on the other end of the phone. Those people are hard as hell. get as must imformation from them as you can they need to be stop. How many people have they hurt and scared to death. They work this out very very well, they are good. the more you ask the nasty they get. they call me for two weeks. they told me they were going make me loss my job, my house, everything. Help a friend stop those people.

Called our business looking to speak to one of our employees. Was very nasty, miserable,threatening
that if they didn't call him back there would be trouble.

I too just got a phone call from these people. The person's name was Alex and he threatened me about the $5000.00 and that I was going to jail too. Told me that I needed to contact family members and that if I did not have the $1400.00 by the end of the day today that I will be going to jail  and will lose my job.  Thanks!!!!!   I am going to report them to our Attorney's General 's office.

Whatever you do DON'T PROVIDE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  I contacted my local Attorney General's office and they've been flooded with complaints regarding similar type scams.  If you Google Cash Partners of America you will find several blogs advising this is a SCAM.  One blogger said if you press them for their contact information (i.e. - mailing address or detailed information) they hang up on you.  The Better Business Bureau also advised this company is not accredited with them and is operating out of Auburn, NY.  They have received over 25 complaints on this company over the last year.

I got the same exact call! Scared the mess out of me, threatening that I will go to jail & I needed to pay 852 dollars today. His name was John Smith and he called my job and cell over 50 times. The next day the number wasnt active and he gave me a 206 number to fax an authorization to???

Just spoke with a "Chris Lee" with a foreign accent and he claimed he was representing a Cash Partners of America and that they were going to file a lawsuit against me on Monday morning regarding a payday loan I supposedly received in 2009.  He had my social security number, my place of employment, my email address and my banking information.  For those that say this is a scam, IT'S A DAMN GOOD ONE!!! I'm panicking because they advised they were going to forward this to my employer and that I would have to pay $5,000 if this went to trial.  I'm now contacting my Attorney General's office to see what I can do.  If this is a scam I want these people prosecuted for identity theft and fraud.

This is a total scam...they have been calling me too...however what this Arab Mutha F'kr doesn't realize is he is breaking the law. Calling me at 6:40 AM...so yes, we have gotten into it to the point where he called me a bi*** and told me to suck his *#$% so obviously...this is not a professional legit collection call.
