Called me tonight but I missed call. I have bought a new phone through Telus and did attend a training session, though my training session was cut short due to the phone having all data blocked for some reason. Now realize I have received two other calls concerning this though the last twodigits were slightly different.
I do not pick up if caller is unknown and especially if they do not leave a message when it is an unknown number.

I took a risk and answered the call on my new cell phone from a number I did not recognize, given the lack of negative feedback about the number tat I found here (I was sitting at the computer when the phone rang and quickly searched for the incoming number).
The call was from Telus Mobility (or a survey company that Telus hired) to conduct a survey about a Telus Learning Sessions that I had recently attended for a new cell phone I had purchased.
The survey took < 5 minutes, as the caller had indicated, and it was a pleasant experience.
I don' t mind the ocassional survey like this, about a product that I use (I hate politcal surveys), I just wish the caller ID would have indicated "Telus", then I likley would have not hesitated in answering.
