Yes. When you call them on phone it says, the mail box is full. I actually browsed and happened to get phone number of the paracor medical inc, asked them if they issued me the check and was told that it was a fradulant check. Only their iinformation had been stoled and the check was fake and they have handed the matter over to police for investigations. She also asked me to notice that the letter had a canada stamp and the phone number belonged to canada, ontario. Thank God I contacted Paracor people before depositing the check.

Here is another number you all can read about as well. Same information given but from a different number. I hope all who recieve this letter does their homework. It's for sure a SCAM!! Please do not call for it. If you are STILL unsure about it, TALK TO YOUR BANKER BEFORE YOU MAKE A DEPOSIT!!! They will freeze your account and you will be SOL!!!!

I recieved the same letter stating the exact same things as you all mentioned above. I called the number and they told me that the check has been activated and for me to deposit the check in my account and as soon as that is done to give them a call back so they can instruct me on how to pay the 3.8% government taxes. Once that is taken care of, the remaining funds of $95,000.00 will be released to me. I am stuck here and decided to wait to do my homework as well. And now I am afraid to do anything else. I had called my banker about this and she stated that this is fraud, to just toss the letter out. Yes, it does look real BUT she stated that once you recieved the money they claim is yours, they can withdraw it at any time and you will be responsible for the amount you have spent at that point.

I too was having a bad day, coming home to deal with having to pay bills with money I dont have. I open this letter and received the same check as you, in the amount of $4,755.00. However, it seems to good to be true, and it usually is. So I started to do my homework before I made the call to the same number you posted. I found out that it has to do with loan officers. Then I put this number in Google and came to your message. So even as much as I wish I could of cashed this check, I am going to pray that no one is tempted to cash this big mistake. Just throw it a way.

Event Reminder
I was having a bad day today, I came home and found bunch of bills and 1 letter from Canada from "Lets we Forget" with a check for $4,755.00. And I... didnt fall for it. But I can see how alot of would fall for this money trap. Because the check looks real but its a fake. Try cashing that in and you will be having a negative balance in your account and dont forget the daily over draft fees. The letter states that I have won $100,000.00 and that the enclosed check is to pay for the taxes. The letter states that I need to call 16478368675 # so that the check can be activated. The check looks real but its a fake and it comes from Gru (More than Energey) City of Gainesville, Gainesville Regional Utilities, P.O. Box 147117, Station A105, Gainesville, FL, 32614-7117. Dont be fooled.
