So I've been trying to contact this 647-847-3422 number for the last 3 months....Due to the fact that I thought I was signing up for Savercity.ca and Holidaysaver.ca for coupons and such to be sent in the mail as they had told me from the get go....well as I finally found the right number after searching and searching and calling my Visa company (who didn't even have the right number on their files about the coupon company)I called the company, I was rudely passed around explaining my situation to CSR, CSR Super, Billing Super, Hung up, So I called back, CSR, and Back to Billing Super (The same one) all to finally have my membership finally canceled and reimbursed. I couldn't believe the Billing Super was unable to follow a simple request as to add up the total amount I was going to get reimbursed, and to top it off she hung up on me after saying she can't continue with me and that she has other customers to talk too. When I called back the 2nd time, I finally was able to get her to give me the total amount to reimburse me and that I was also going to finally get back my full payments.  B**ch should have just listened and dealt with me properly in the first place....I'm sure the woman would have reacted the same as I did, and even called back just the same as I did for the POOR service and ROTTEN customer service to boot.

Proud to say after complaining for an hour and a half, that I finally have my services canceled, getting reimbursed, and NEVER have to deal with this company EVER again!!

Don't get scammed by these people\this company.....Their customer service skills are like talking to children who are trying to weasel themselves out of a sticky situation.

I agree. I asked them if it was required to buy the magazines to be entered into the sweepstakes and they said yes. I told them that I don't give my credit card info over the phone to callers I don't know who call me. I told them, I'm sorry but I think I'll pass! I hung up! I knew it was a scam.

Im so annoyed i keep getting phone calls from this number about ten times a day starting from 7 am!!

A real B***ch called me from this number and said I had talked with her agent, Vicki Miller. I denied doing this and she got so testy then said if I was too old to remember it was my fault and t hen she hung up.  What a scam.

Got a few calls from this place...likely a scam. I call them back and told them I wasn't who they asked for and they "said" they'd take me off their list...we'll see.

This redemption Center keeps calling me too saying that will send me voutures and they will send me cards to go shopping at Walmart and other places
The moment I told them in not interested, they closed the phone in my face

my daughter got two calls from this number. said she one a trip and 100.00 needed to put down 20.00
i called the number to tell them to stop calling my daughter who is a minor. it was a sweepstakes number. they asked for my phone number and i said they werent calling me they were calling my daughter. they hung up on me. it is a scam

Four times in one day no messages just  call hangup

Got a call from these guys. Same thing about Savercity and preferred customer stuff. They even asked me to confirm my address, which was right, but I had no idea how they got that info. I told them I wasn't interested and asked them how they got my info since I don't remember signing up or entering for anything and then they hung up. I can't believe people get paid to do this to other people.

Got a call from the number at the top, and the agent told me i had won a draw or some crap, but i hung up, and iv gotten like 5 calls from them ever since

I got two calls from this number today,  and they never left a message.  So glad I checked here.  Will not be answering their calls anytime soon!

I agree with the previous comment, just cancel your current card and get a new one just to be safe rather than sorry! I have received a few calls from this number. Today I answered and the woman started in on her pitch. She said she was from the Redemption Centre and I'd been entered into the Dream of a Lifetime Sweepstakes because I was a preferred customer of one of the credit companies (Visa, Mastercard etc.). She tried to make it sound legit but I didn't buy it. I looked it up online while I was still on the phone with her and found forums like this saying it was a scam. So I told her I was not interested and she immediately hung up before I got a chance to add that I want my name removed from the list. When I called back I did get through and spoke to a man who answered the phone with "Hello is this ____?". After he established it was in fact me he started in on the pitch again. I interrupted to let him know that I had already been given this information and that the last person I spoke to hung up on me. He apologized. I asked to be removed from the list. He said no problem, have a nice day. We'll see...

If you gave them a credit or debit card number call the number on your card and tell them your card number has been compromised.  Ask for a new card.

I kept getting the phone calls too... i ended up giving her my information! Probably the worst decision ever.. do you think that was a bad idea. I will be calling and ending my account but i have to wait 24 hours.. any advice?

This number has called me every single day!! Starting on Oct 15. Calls at least 3 or 4 times a day! i never pick up. Im using a call block now.

I keep getting calls from this number I refuse to answer them and google them before calling back to see if there is forums like this out there. Thanks for reporting this as its saved me a lot of agrivation. I made the mistake of answering one once and that only confirmed for them there was a person on the other end the calls went from once a day to once an hour starting at 7 and ending at 11pm  I too would love to know who to report this too

I keep getting calls from this number so yesterday I finally answered but nobody was on the other end. Got a call again today & answered. Again, there was silence on the other end so I stayed quiet on the line for a few seconds. Someone eventually came on asking to speak to Stephanie. I told her she had the wrong number & that was it. I'm sure it ain't the last time I get a call from them.

I missed their call and when I called back someone answered and he said he wanted "Jackie Bakie" then I told him no, this is "Holly Molly". Totally scam.

the girl has been calling me for a month go as far as leaving voicemails telling me i cant avoid her, finally i answered again today and said ive told you now for the last three months to take me off your calling list and if you knew the law youd know once i say that you cannot keep calling me , she laughed and said you think because you arent nice to me i wont call again, im going to keep calling until you listen to what i have to say... OK SURE!!! thats what i will do, then maybe because your technique was so class act ill buy what you are selling and give you all my sensitive credit information! haha I was born at night but it wasn't last night... I like to play with them, so I acted all excited and like you're really interested. Agree to pay the shipping but then when they ask for a credit card number say, "well I don't have a credit card, can you do it COD?",,,,,,,,,, click they hang up.... Dumbass do you really think I'm giving my credit card number over the phone???
