Also received call from 9723383532.  The person used my first name, but bogus last name: Smith.  Seems to be phishing for information.  Accent, not India, possibly other South Asian original.  Maybe from a phone center?

That is correct, they do not leave VM.  If it does not stop soon, I'm going to start answering and saying nothing.  Just put the receiver down on my desk and see how long they keep calling back.

They had my bosses first and last name correct, however hesitated on the last name. British accent. Thank goodness our phone system allows for rules.

They call and know your first name, but then give a bogus last name as a pretext for hanging up.
