Alright so this scumbag first called my house. Asking for my mom. I was like who is this?! He said attorney john bennet. Im calling because your mom has been frauding checks.. hahaha this piece of s***. I was like u have the wrong number. Called back he said well i called SEVERAL of her relatives n they said that this is her number. Hahah i was like.. uhmmm yea you have your information all wrong!! My mom doesnt even have ANY relatives FA**IT! He called my house 15 times! I answered n said HAHA B***H YOU AINT GETTING A DIME! he kept calling! He was getting soooo mad!! I kept answering cussing him out n said I CAN DO THIS ALL DAY. Hahaha then he stopped! Who tf is this guy anyway?! Tryna get everyones monies!

I just received a call from him today, and after finding out it is a scam I called the police to file a fraud report and immediately called western union to cancel the transfer and they refunded my money. If you can catch this Eric Nelson scam from Hinsdale law , which is bogus, and the actual firm is familiar with the scam, within the same day of your money transfer, you can get a refund from western union! Act !

Those pices of s*** called me too. They say that I got some kind of payday loan and I didn't repay.
They said that they would take me to court for fraud if i didn't pay $ 683.32.
I said....ok...and ask them to send me the paper work for the loan that i took out. They respond that they could not do that untill I pay the full amout.
I told them to go f*** themselves and I reported this event to the police

My call came from a Ben Parker and an Eric Foster!  Very broken english. Could not understand, but they would sue me in Calf. if I did not send $389.35 right now!  Could not tell me what this was about or why I owed this money. Then before I could get more info they hung up on me. They had all my info including SS number. May GOD bless them.

I just received a call from this number today as well.  They called my cell phone twice and left a message on my work number.  Same as everyone else the guy said his name is John Bennett and at the end of the call he says "may God bless you".  What needs to be done about these people?

I think they either bought or stole your identity through the internet..every place I have checked, they have your cell number, place of employment, social security number, etc...never give a dime..if they want money, have them send you a letter so that you can check them out!

they called me today and yes they had all of my information pack down to the social sercurity number and said i had to make a payment of 50.00 every week on a friday or they will take me to court for fraud. I was about o do that until i google he number and seen it was a scam. Thank god I had check. They gave me this number to call back with payment and I ask who do I ask for to make the payment with and they said eric Folster. They had me scared.

I got the same message as everyone else. Called them back and answering machine picked up. Then they called back with the same message. Can't really understand the name of Law Firm but his name was John Bennett.

The same thing happen to me they called me and said that I was going to be taken to court said they were from Hinsdale law firm. Asking me for my attorney name and stuff like that then he ask if I had ever been in trouble with the law, and they will be sending stuff to my job. They had all of my infor mation down to the social security number. But when I called the number back it said this phone jack has not been assign to anyone yet. Then I called again and got a recording saYING THE LAW FIRM NAME, then he called right back and I was asking him when all this was suppose to have taken place how much was this for and they hung up.

Some do***e bag calling himself, john bennet, couldn't even pronounce my name correctly phoned me from this number wanting me to phone him back and claimed that if I didn't return his call with my attorney, they'd take legal action against me.  I can't wait to tell him to go to hell!!
