keeps calling try to call back number says not accepting calls at this time ....

My cell phone rings once with a call from this number every morning and sometimes in the afternoon too.  When I call back, the recording says it is not receiving calls at this time.

This number keeps calling me - My cell phone is blocked on the government website.  When I call back no one answers!

I get the same random calls - 1 ring and then nothing. Usually happens around 9am, though sometimes in afternoons. Calling the number back says that the number is "not accepting calls at this time"

It took a bit of time, but AT&T told me this phone number is registered to a business at 650-655-2030. It's registered to a business called deviceanywhere.
