I've been receiving calls from this number all day, every day, and on the weekends.  Greatly relieved to have caller ID, and I'm thinking of changing the message on my machine saying that I'm on the DNC list, AND that I won't be picking up for any name/number that I don't recognize.  SOOOOOO sick of these calls!!!  I did pick up once, and when the woman identified herself and started "verifying" my identity, I told her that I would not give her any information, since she was calling me.  She became a bit nasty, and told me to check out her Co. online, which I did.  Won't ever make the mistake of picking up for her/them again.

This is a debt collector.  They are allowed to call until you send them a letter in writing requesting them to stop calling you!  The company is IC Systems and told me there are collection for waht used to be HSBC which is a credit card company.  They call me repeatedly everyday and never leave a message.

well i picked it up after  it rang and there was no  one there  we  had just got our  phone few months ago and no one relly has our  phone #so who  and the hell are thay why  are thay calling  want them to stop

This auto caller is constant harassment the person comes on and asks for a person who does not live here and is no relation. They refuse to hear my repeated request to do not call so they do not respond rather make repeated statements like "Hello... can you hear me is William Wakefield there? and do not act like I am even talking English. Calls all hours of day and night will not stop very rude and obnoxious. Please stop. 740-281-0377

I got a call from the same number it is a bill collector. I think he said he was from CTI.

Calls my cell number 4 to 6 times a day asking for another person.

Calls asking for someone named Warren.....Neither of us is named Waren

I get calls all day and night from this number.  They never leave a message.  It is extremely disruptive to my life!

ALOT OF OLD DEBTORS PHONE NUMBERS ARE BEING GIVIN TO NEW CELL PHONES HOLDERS..AS AN EX COLLECTOR I HAD RUN INTO THIS CONTINUALLY..TELL THEM THIS IS A NEW CELL PHONE # AND PLEASE DO NOT CALL AGAIN...NEXT SAY YOU ARE REPORTING THIS TO THE POLICE AND THEY ARE BEING RECORDED.THEN GET THEIR ADDRESS ,PUT  YOUR PHONE # ONE PAPER AND SEND A CERTIFIED LETTER WITH A RETURN RECEIPT NEVER TO CONTACT YOU AGAIN.  THEY ARE BREAKING THE FDCPA RULES THEN CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR STATES ATTORNEY FOR CONTINUAL HARRASSMENT.  KEEP THAT NUMBER IN YOUR PHONE AS PROOF ALONG WITH YOUR LETTER TO THEM..THIS IS SUSPICIOUS. LOOK UP ICS IN COMPUTER I AM PRETTY SURE ITS A COLLECTION AGENCY..GOOD LUCK!

FROM EX COLLECTOR;  THE "DO NOT CALL LIST" DOES NOT APPLY TO COLLECTION AGENCYS..SEND THE HARRASSING COMPANY A CERTIFIED LETTER WITH A RETURN RECEIPT TO YOURSELF FOR THEM NOT TO CALL YOU OR CONTACT YOU 'IN ANY WAY'.  IF THEY CALL YOU AFTER THE LETTER THEN CALL YOUR STATES ATTORNEY OR ATTORNEY GENERAL;  THE DO NOT CALL LIST ONLY APPLIES TO SALESMEN NOT COLLECTORS...THESE ARE COLLECTION COMPANIES AND THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CALL YOU BY LAW...THAT LETTER SHOULD STOP THEM, IF THEY CALL AFTER THAT THEY ARE ASKING FOR LOTS OF TROUBLE..SEE THE FDCPA RULES IN YOUR COMPUTER...

They call every day, about 10 times a day, at all hours.  I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and I want them to stop harrassing me!

I keep getting a call from this number every few days. I usually don't answer to see if they will leave a voicemail... they don't. I answered it one day and it said, please hold while we try to connect you"  or something annoying like that. I just hung up but they continue to call.

This number is from I.C. Systems.  They are a collection agency.

I get these calls from the same number twice a day - I don't answer them at all but I want them to stop. Is there a cell phone do not call list?

They have been calling me daily!  I can't get rid of them.

My husband keeps getting calls on his cell phone from this number.Recording says " Please wait while we are trying to connect you, then disconnects. I finally called the number back to tell them to take us off their calling list. A man who would NOT identify himself asks for Richard Cowell or Richard. I told him I didn't know anyone by that name and he gets VERY nasty asking me if I am his wife and trying to hide my identity. He demands to know my name and location which I refused. Next call was from a woman so my husband tells her about the last call and asked her the name of her business. She refused to tell him and tells him he is asking for too much information. Yet the entire time he is trying to ask her why they keep calling him, she is asking his name, address, etc. He tells her he is going to report her and she finally tells him business is ICS. Don't know what that is but she says she will remove his number from system. Exactly one hour later the phone rings again and it's showing the same number on caller ID. This has to be against the law although I tried to report them to attorney general and the do not call list does not apply to cell phones. Ridiculous!!!

We have been receiving phone calls from this number from time to time.  They seem to call for a few days then stop.  Wait a month or so and start up again.  The last call I got said "Please wait we are trying to connect you..."  The recording said that a few times then said, "sorry we where unable to connect you, we will try again later".

I'm SOO sick of these phone calls!  And we ARE on the DNC list!  Or so I thought.

was out to eat with my buddy who has a cell phone # from AZ i myself am from Minneapolis but i have a 619 Area Code # (CA)and he received a call from this guy who wouldnt answer any questions except do you know a Melissa Groves? and was trying to phish information out of him name, #, SSN, etc.  so finally i told him ask for a supervisor but he became real nasty etc.  think it's a phishing scheme, the number is leased out by focal communications corp, which apparently is a subsidiary of L3 Communications but you try and call L3 to complain and they blow you off. however it is in my personal opinion its leased to I.C. Systems which is a collections agency of a "sort" some of the other #'s on this site people are posting might all be from one company in a leased block.

are u on the do not call registry? it is illegal for them to call u if u are. I would file a complaint with them if they are  harassing u.

Daily calls asking for Todd. My cell phone number is for my business, and I have asked them to refrain from calling continuously since there is no one I know named Todd.
