This number is calling and requesting personal information.

We have been receiving calls from IC Systems.  About 6-9 a day starting at 8:15am till 8:30pm.  They come up on our caller id as UNKNOWN. Even when you speak with them they continue to call repeatedly the same day.

I keep getting calls from this # asking for Jake and when I call back they tell me they will remove me from their system.  So far, I have not been removed from their system and all the people are very rude.

Here is a little "truth" for you.

I get calls for a Carlos. I know no Carlos. There has never been a Carlos at our address. I have asked several times for them to stop calling me. Every time they ask for my personal information -- my full name, social security number, etc -- to prove I'm not Carlos. I am NOT going to give my personal information to some stranger that I don't even know.

I've tried everything to get these guys to stop calling me. Instead they call me more. They've called me AFTER 9PM when my kids are asleep and call at least 20 to 30 times a day.

I've even had two of their thugs tell me that the calls won't stop until the bill is payed and even suggested that if I wanted them to go away, I should just pay it. And that, sir, is extortion. Plain and simple.


Not everyone who gets these calls even owe anything. Think about that before you speak your "truth". And they are making my life a living hell for no reason.

They've called here 36 times today alone.

1. Pay your bills
2. If you can't pay your bills, communicaate & be honest about how, why & when you will be able to make payments
3. Understand that nothing is free anymore in this world. You can have cell phones, eat out & entertain & avoid paying obligations. That isn't far to the rest of sciety who in turn, pays higher costs for people who avoid their obligations
4. If the call is a wrong number, call the company back & explain that fact to them. Your number will be removed. If you do not contact the creditor or agency, how will they know?
5. Avoiding creditors/agencies creates bigger and potentially a more costly turn for the debtor. Taking care of the matter in a prudent fashion is the responsible & moral thing to do

You people.  I work there.  OK, on our defense.  We are either given numbers or we look them up. What would you do if you loaned out $1,000+ to someone who has no intention of paying back after F***ing 3 months of delinquincy.

The people who hang up on you are stupid Transfer Agents who get lazy.  We don't give out personal info for a reason and yes there are laws.  The FDCPA, GLBA, and local state laws. Look them up.  We are a nationwide Collection Agency and have a team of 30+ lawyers.  We've lost 2 cases in the 70yrs of being a business.  And 95% of the time you are liars who don't want to pay your bill.  What did you think would happen when you decide to not pay us?  we don't give a rat's a** whether you pay or not because we have 1.4 million other accounts of people who will pay us.  Plus, if you wait for so long you get charged off and your credit score drops.  good luck with getting other loans.  If you people were smart and realized that you couldn't afford to make Minimal payments as low as F***ing $18 a month, then you have no right to b****.

I got a call from IC Systems who wanted me to give them my address, without them identifying themselves or the nature of thier business.  When I insisted they tell me why they were calling, they got incredibly rude, insulting and then hanging up on me!

The National Do Not Call list DOES NOT AFFECT.  We can call you whether your on it or not.

There are two different type of IC.

1. IC System Inc. - is us, a debt collections.
2. IC Systems - some completely different company.

They continue to make automated calls for a distant relative who does not live here and won't stop.  They are very rude and threatened to harass me unless I told them where the relative lives.  I belive they are violating the law.

I used to get these types of calls on a regular basis when I lived in Virginia (until I moved to another state about 3 months ago).  I never answered them - never called anyone back - never gave out any information.  We rented a townhouse that had previously been rented by dead beats and we think our phone number became associated with the address so we got calls for all sorts of collections during the 3 years we were there.  We don't get calls in our new home, but now I am getting collection LETTERS in the mail from IC (not to my new house, but to my forwarding address).  I do not owe anything on any past bills.  My credit score is near 800.  This is someone elses bill - either a relative or someone who used to live at my old address or had my phone number at one time.  This completely sucks and takes up way too much of innocent people's time.  Make IC go the hell away.

these people call me at six in the morning up until about nine at night...they suck.

They keep calling me and asking for my ex husband...i tell them that his phone number is in the phone book just like everybody elses so look it up - and i wont do it for them because i am not their mother....another time i told them that i asked them to stop calling me previously and if they continue to call i will file harrassment charges..

Tell them to send you a bill and you will pay it.

Oh, you sent one, when was that?  I never received it.  In order for me to pay you, I have to have a bill.

Once you receive the bill, lose it, and go back to the above paragraph.

If this is a new call and still within 30 days of the debt being turned over to them, DISPUTE it IN WRITING and KEEP COPIES.

Never pay and make them fight for nothing.  They will get tired.

who just had the audacity to threaten me. To say to me that if I don't give you my address the calls will continue--and yet--you would not identify what your company was OR what you wanted-----oh ya-----but I'm going to give some moron over the phone my address. NOT! ! ! Iv'e been a victim once--like I said you threatened the wrong person. I will not tolerate such threats. I am
calling the attorney general, the BBB, and who ever will listen. The next time you call me---I will call the Police. Never threaten me again!

I get 15 calls a day of which I was hung up on 14 times, they are truly the worst kind of scum, and why are we not being protected from this ruthless operation by any law enforcement agency,  They are literally crazy rude, it starts at 8 am and ends at 9 pm, I wish someone would smack the s**t out of a couple of the guys over there who are outright a**holes, Maybe that would bring it to a head and to the attention of law enforcement

I have received about 15 calls in two days.  I called yesterday, to find out what they wanted, they asked for my account, I told them I have no account, I didn't even know what they wanted.  They referred to a Ruby Brown who had not used my home number for 10 years.  I asked them to please take care of this issue, got home yesterday, they had continued to call even after they told me they would take my number off their list.  Wanna bet, they call again today?

These people have been calling my cellphone for months. They even change numbers, but when I answer it is always "ICC Systems". I have told them to stop calling, I have done everything I can...and my cell phone is not even in my name. They call and hang up on me, without saying a word... if they were trying to collect a debt is one thing...but this is harassment. How can they possibly be trying to collect a debt if they hang up without even talking to me.

I have an idea..let's all get together and call them about a hundred times a day....so they are so bucy answering they dont have time to call....

I have a disputed charge with a third party which did not deliver services as promised - and so I cancelled payment. Now I C Systems has called 3 times in 2 days, using a machine one time. They demand to speak with [my name] and I say I screen those calls, give so info ... they say no more than "we have an existing business relationship" and I say too bad, you gotta go through me, and tell me more (I'm a physician and do not take phone calls at home from patients when not on call).  Then they get nasty and hang up.  Caller ID says IC System with a 208 area code.  I don't owe anything, and am not obliged to accept a call at home from anyone who refuses to identify the nature of their business. At this point, their calls constitute harassment; they won't stop; they're nasty; and they're having a machine call.

In all defense, I am just looking from both point of view. If someone else owes you money, you expect it back in a timely fashion, no one wants to push for money that's why we have collection agencies. A collection agency does not have customer services, if you want customer service then go to Burger King. The customer in their view is the client that they are collecting for, the consumers are the debtors. Do you see the difference? On occasions you have those who can't pay their bills and those who simply are bums and won't get off their buns to pay any bills but expects the food for free. You are given a time frame before being put in collection, don't you think it is fair that they are harsh at times? There are people who wait six months or one year to pay their bills, don't you think your electricity would have been cut off by that time? I personally don't feel sorry for anyone. A medical bill is different from all bills. It is unexpected and life sometimes has that but other than that then everyone deserves what's coming to them. You had time and bills, PAY THEM. And just FYI, whatever the debtors don't pay because their butts are too loaded paying their cell phone bills instead, I will have to pay for their debts with my taxes, so I say if you owe money, then pay it otherwise, you deserve what you get it. It's not a surprise, you got the service, pay the bill and find better things to do then complain your way out of bill instead of just getting it over and paying it!

I got at least eight calls from this number today.  I don't know who they are but I shouldn't have to consider changing my phone number just to have a bit of peace and quiet.

I get at least 3 calls a day on my cell phone from these monsters. Not only is it annoying but it inturrupts my days work. I see the number, then I start to think who could it be? Whatever I was doing at the time is lost. I have never answered the number becuase I just dont answer numbers I dont know or recognize. Thankfully, I found this site and your stories have been very helpful. I'm not the only one!

I can't stand this number.  I don't know what to do!  It keeps on saying "This is an important call...", and then I'm like, "it's not!" and I hang up.

I keep getting calls from this number too.  I'm so annoyed by it...

I get called nearly daily on my CELL phone no less by this phone number.  Not knowing who it, I do not answer, and a message is never left.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but find it very ineffective against fighting these annoying calls.  There erally needs to be a group, agency, something that is willing to take on repeat offenders such as this number.

I just got my cell phone fixed today after it was down for a week. A number similar to this called me every morning at 9am previously. Minutes after my cell phone was fixed this number was calling me every half hour from 2pm-8pm. They never left a message so I never answered. If they do the same thing tomorrow I'm planning on telling them where to go.

I called the number back and a lady said their business is called IC Systems...
I've never heard of them and would like to know, what they are or do?  Thanx

I got two calls from this number on my cell phone, they don't leave a message and I don't answer it.

I just  bought a new cell phone and I keep getting collections people calling for some damn woman that had the numnber before me....That number has just started calling me 7 days a week, starting in the eraly morning and as late as almost 9PM......I am getting real tried of these damn calls and they wont leave a freaking Message.......A**H***S......Also the info below of the company name/info I found on a another site while searching for info about that number........
