Used this number trying to rent out a house in Phoenix az, stated they were out of state and I had to put up a deposit prior to viewing interior of house. All this was communicated via text and email. Person said they were in California, number is from Minn. fortunately I live about 2 miles from property, will drive by and make contact with residents.
