My boyfriend has been receiving phone calls from this number saying she was "Mrs. Williams" claiming to "collect a debt" from a Capital One credit card. When she initially called, she had our previous address, so we gave her the correct address. We never received anything in the mail. My boyfriend works on computers and has a very busy schedule so when he said that he would get back with her as soon as he could, she rudely said "I don't understand why you can't call me back today!!". She advised him to call this "800" number, because if he called her number directly it would go straight to voicemail. What the hell? I called the number and her voicemail stated her name was Natasha Williams, but it doesn't say a company that she is with or anything of that sort. She called again today, and we still haven't received anything in the mail. So I advised him to request a letter from the collection agency she claims to be with validating the debt so we know its legit (a lot of scammers out there!). He requested the letter, and told her once he has received the letter he would gladly set up a payment plan. She then got rude and told him "He was not taking the debt seriously". Really? How unprofessional is that. Well he told her it was his right and it was the law to send a letter to him 5 days after initial contact. She then laughed at him. So he hung up on her. We'll see if we get a letter in the mail! Sounds like a bunch of scammers to me.

I recieved a call from this number. When I picked up they asked for my husband. I asked who was calling and from where and she just stated her name (Mrs. Williams). She continued to ask for when my husband will be home and be able to take the call. I told her that he has his own cell which she can contact him at -- not giving her his number yet, she said "Oh, is it XXX.XXX.XXXX?" I answered her suspiciously, "Um, yes it is." Then she said bye and I hung up. After I recieved that call, I quickly called my husband and told him what happened. I asked him if anyone called him by that number and he said no. Making sure he doesn't pick up, I told him to just ignore the call.
