They left a message on my answering machine but when I used that number (651-604-4395) to respond...it said that I had received a call from that number, but this line was not used for incoming calls. Howe ver, having read the comment from Jeremy,...it may have answered my question as I recently had contacted them regarding a purchase (Slumberland). But on my ID caller, along with the telephone number...it said "MONTAGE" which means nothing to me.

It sure is well worth it to buy it. I bought the protection plan and to my surprise it covered all the items I bought for like 150.00 for 5 yrs. I already used the cover for 1 piece and they replaced it, of course it only covers it once per item but still I have a new piece. To me it's well worth the 150.00 investment specially if you have kids, like me.

It was from a funiture claim that i had made. the protection plan that you buy from say Ashley Furniture is handled by Montage. The problem is that if its a 5 year deal you purchased then the chances are they will no longer have that item available by the time you use the claim. It sucks buy hey they will give you credit for another peice of funiture of equal value. I would weigh your options befor buying a furniture protection plan.
