They told me they were calling because i "said" i was interested in going back to school and they wanted to register me for a federal education grant.  I did not call or seek and grants...

No message, called me at 7:30 AM too early in the morning and continues to call and not say anything when I do answer they just hang up. I tried to call back and always busy.  

Same here... I wonder who they are
