This man used, MKTNG as ID & 661-318-8320 to called us @ 10:22, 06/10/2014.

The caller, today used " MKTNG" as its ID, called us 10:22. A.M., 06/10/2014. On 06/04/2014. It used "Out of area "as ID & 661-318-8320 to call us, Today I returned the call 7 hours later. The prerecorded told my:" If not interested our promotion, please press 1". I pressed 1, the message said allows them 3 days to remove my number. In last 2 years, the called me from different numbers even I pressed 1. On 05/30/2014. They used661-214-7450 to call us @ 05:28,P.M. Many people reported this unwanted number  started 05/22/2014. It probably they started using this new unwanted number.

The caller, Out of are ( displayed on my phone ), called us @ 05:36, 05/30/2014. I saw this unwanted number , I hung it up right away. When I returned the call. There is a soft murmur ( prerecorded? ) and hung me up twice. According people  reported to www. 800notes.com. The caller talked about solar energy at people's home. There are 2 commercial on this page of www.800notes.com 1. Federal Solar Grant. 2. Sun Run R Solar, but no phone number. We have to fill out information & send it in electronically. I received  another call from 661-989-4452 not to long ago & I reported to www.ftc.gov & www.fcc.gov/complaints.

I got the same thing and now I get harassed by them all the time. I don't understand how and why nothing has been done about them.

SHOWS UNKNOWN IN THE CALLER ID --- these scammers want to get into your house claiming that they will survey your home and your electric usage throughout your home then give you a 30-minute presentation on how you can qualify for government subsidies in electric assistance costs and rebates. They claim that they represent Southern California Edison, which is a blatant lie. these people do not even speak correct English. BEWARE and do not make any appointments with them or let them into your home should they come to your door anyway, because if you fall for their scam and permit them to come in and do their survey, they are noting of all your home contents that they will rob you of later --- they no doubt will be back when you are not there, since they know what the contents of your home are after their hour's surveillance in the guise that they are going to save you money and give you government rebates for your electric costs. Chances are VERY good that you will be robbed. BEWARE of these scammers and WATCH OUT.  They already know your name and address (they call you by name and state your address when they call) !!

They call everyday. When you tell them you asked not to be called, they hang up. everyone should report and complain.

They have called 2 days in a row, and there is no one at the other end.

Called Maria this afternoon....hopefully this works.....the callers from this number are some sick, vile human beings....

They have called 5 times today.  I called back and I couldn't get through.  Then they called me again and hung up on me!!

Yup! Called the number and got results. I dont think they know what their telemarketing firm is doing. I threatened legal action and I can deliver since I have 3 attorneys in the family. I hope they got the point.

The company that is calling you from 661-214-7405 is Air Care California and there main number is  855-774-8672.  Maria in managment is the one to talk to....   Revenge is sweet!!!

This company "the solar center" as they say is calling nonstop. How can I stop these phone calls?

I get calls from this number nearly every day. No one ever speaks, clearly an auto dialer but it never connects to a person

Caller says the Are with the Energy Rebate Program trying to sell Solar Panels. Asked them to stop called me over a dozen times and informed them I was on The National Do Not Call List, the caller yelled and me and said they would not stop calling.
I now get 5-6 call hang ups from their number daily.
