I got the same message from this jerk. I am reporting it to the Federal trade Commission and suggest that all you folks do the same. They have bought or stolen our personal information somehow.

This guy keeps calling with a strong accent stating he is officer samuel matthew I think... its urgent I call him back and he leaves me this number 661-240-9208 but yet i get calls from these numbers..+052664012 or 916-395-0000... I been harrassed by these people and its like cucuarrachas or roaches coming out of the wood works left and right...

Um. Sure, dude.  I mean, clearly someone who can barely speak English or pronounce my name is going to be able to help me with a serious legal issue and explain an affidavit I've never even seen or heard of. SCAM! Don't fall for it.

Maybe it is because we have the same first name.....these are evil, evil people....call them back and let them know how unhappy Ala is...and he is!!!

They have called my phone 13 times in 3 hours. I have tried to block the call and it is not working.
