Calls from this number daily at 1:45PM.No one speaks, no message.Has been going on for weeks.Have now blocked call.I ma sure it's for the people that used to have this number until a month ago.But none the less, tired of the calls.

did you ever figure out a way to resolve it? im in the exact same boat as you. they never sent me the stuff they promised, the magazines just started pouring in though. I want out of this s*** but dont know what to do. this number calls me every single day. they say I owe like $700.

This number calls me every day 3 or 5 times a day ... Told them I am not who they are looking for because they ask for George ... Told them to stop calling or would call the law.

I have been being harassed about these stupid magazines i subscribed to last year. They mislead me an i stupidly gave my info. They charged me 3 times an i changed my debt card so they would stop. Since than they constantly harass me saying i owe $735 or more. They never sent me my "welcome" packet or the gifts they promised. The company was so called "Active Periodicals". They finally stoppd harassing and now i have this new company calling me "Interstate Recovery" saying their debt collectors and that their a 3rd party and will settle for $499. They sent me an email about the order and all of a sudden the magazine company is called countrywide periodicals! I dont know what to do about this situation

Yeah i received a call last night late at like 9pm from some lady saying that she was calling about a magazine subscription and that i owed $200 something dollars and that i could settle it over the phone for $114 before it went to a collection agency. number came up as WESTERN DENTAL and i told her i never ordered and magazines i run a business and have no time to read no damn magazines. she insisted she had my information and was desperately trying to get me to pay her until finally i told her i wasnt f*****g paying for something i never signed up for and that the conversation was being recorded.

Keep getting called but I don't answer calls I don't recognize and they leave no message.

He said he would settle for 800ish or 600ish, two different options.  The more I think about it, the more bogus he seems.  He made a long speech and I didn't catch it all, but he did specifically say that the debt isn't on our credit report.  As far as I know, all debts are on your credit reports, even if a third party buys it.  Isn't that true?  I should have asked what type of payment he'll accept, and what he'll willing to give me in writing first.  I finally blocked his calls today.

I got a call today caller id said western dental and they wanted to settle a debt for 1,300 for magazines I ordered in sept 2012,i never order magazines and she said there all women magazines,and im a guy ,I told them I will report id theft to police.they hung up fast,beware they must be scammers number is 661-281-0310

They call everyother day, leave no mesage. ID shows Western Dental. I live in the Midwest, and have a dental plan. I will not answer for telemarketers, l let the ans. machine do it, that way they have to pay for the call.

Same here I just received a call from Ryan today and he wanted to settle with me. What type of thing was he willing to settle with you?

I received a call from this number yesterday.  The man, Ryan, said that he bought my husband's $1,300 debt from Magazine Service (never heard of that company) and is calling to settle the debt with us.  We have no idea what he is talking about and are now trying to get a copy of my husband's credit report.  Very fishy, we have had no invoices or contact with Magazine Service before.

I have gotten a call from them and i think it is a scam  because they are on the other side of the us from me i am in the east there in the west    .Did not leave a massage but got a name of ( WESTERN DENTAL ) as who they where
