Had almost a year's break. These people have started calling again. My daughter bought me a call block phone and I have blocked this number.

Stop calling everyday, one more call and l will call the police!

They have called repeatedly, at all times of the day, almost daily. I have told them I am on the DO NOT CALL list. They have hung up me when I ask for a supervisor. It is harassment.

This is a call center which has called me for years. They always tell me they talked to me last year which of course they did not. I generally ask for their contactors number and they always tell me they will bring it went they come out. Every once in awhile I invite them out to give a driveway estimate. It is always a contractor who has paid a fee for the lead. After they write the estimate I tell them I've had my contractors license for 32-years and the only reason I let them out was to get the call center who they bought their lead from to stop calling.
Based on the fact I'm still getting calls, my plan is not perfect, but I've met some nice people.

They keep calling me. I answered once and they asked for my dad- they knew his name which is creepy. They said he ordered windows or something stupid like that and then hung up. They are still calling me repeatedly, I never answer, and they don't leave a message. When I call back it is disconnected.

They just called at 2:00 PM. I didn't recognize the number, so I let the answering machine take it, with no message left.
This was the first time they used a 661 area code trying to get me. In the past, they have used both 818 and 323 area codes.
This latest number is now a blocked number.

Regularily get calls from this number.  No one on other end and line disconnected when calling them back.  Was surprised that even tho I had them blocked on my Panasonic phone as 1-661-480-1141, their call came thru.  I deleted the 1 at the front of the number as this is the only number on my blocked-list using a 1 in the front.  A mistake on my part.  This Panasonic phone blocks 30-calls and it has been a relief not to have scam callers bothering us.  

By mistake, I blocked one of my friend's phone numbers and he called several time, not getting thru.  When we did make contact, I asked him what it sounded like when he called.  "About half a ring, then sounds of two fax machines answering.  Irritating", he said.  That's what I want!

Simple way to avoid any of these scammers is to answer it the first time a new number calls, just to see if it's  legit.  If not, use some kind of code as an indicator (or name) that will pop up on your screen, telling you it's a waste of time.  I use DNA as in 'do not answer', & I add a number to it like one, two, three,  etc.,  When the scammers call, I see it listed as a DNA, so no need to respond.

I get plenty of scam calls, so my listing runs as follows: DNA1, DNA2, DNA3, etc.,

I get a call phone this number everyday around 11am. Is there any way to get them to stop? typically no one is there when i pick up, although one time it was someone trying to talk to me regarding the exterior on my home. Which was a lie.

This is a scam call. "DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM!!!"  A man named, "Bob Fairchild keeps calling stating, I called him last January about remodeling my house. It's a LIE!!!!!!!! I told him to stop callling me, he said he he likes to hear my voice. Pervert. The next call came from a Hispanic man and the other from a black man. All from the same number. These people are uneducated morons who do not understand the phrase, "Stop Calling." They are scammers and for some reason wants to keep you on the phone. Hang up and block their calls. I have notified the Sheriffs Dept.

Caller said he wanted to talk to me. I said he is not here and asked who is calling? He said his name was Manny Nunez and wanted to know if I was out getting my taxes done. I ended the call but they call on a regular basis.

Just received a call from this number.  Said I spoke to them last year about remodeling my home, which I didn't of course.  I said "before we go further, I will need your contractors license".  She did not have one and said thank you and hung up.

Call and told me that I came by and order windows. I did not order wondows and there needed to come by and take Measurement of my old windows. When I called back the line was DISCONNECTED. 661 4801141

She called saying we called her in Jan. about exterior work on our house.  LIES.  Our house is brand new!!  When I tried calling the # back, it was DISCONNECTED!!  All in about 1 minute!!!
