The Environment Defense Fund might do good work but I've told them I'll never ever give to them again because of their harassing daily phone calls.   I've now blocked them but can see they continue to call sometime EVERY day.   Luckily this is one of 3 of their phone numbers I've now blocked.   I suggest other who want to block them block these 3 numbers:

They occasionally use a 4th number but blocking these 3 will get them out of your hair.

The sad part of this harassment is that these phone numbers don't pick up even if you trust them to remove you.   I've called their DC number and was assured they would remove me, but the contact their lied.   They also lied via email saying they would remove me.   I even told them to stop sending me stuff via US mail because they've worn out their welcome and if this is the way they treat past contributors, I no longer want anything to do with them anymore

Wish this would just stop already. This country has to clean things up

Actually, red states have higher rates of unemployment, lower wages, higher rates of uninsured (and consequently consume more tax subsidized healthcare) and recieve back from Washington MORE tax dollars than they pay.

I get a call from this number just about every single day. In fact, they just called again at 8:50 pm!  As far as I know, these types of unwanted sales/marketing/whatever calls are not allowed to be made after 8:00 pm. Caller ID says ENVIRODEFENSE 661-524-9060. I guess next time I am just going to have to answer and explain the rules of their job to them. Lame.

Called at 8:45pm. I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message. Other comments mention some environmental organization, but I've never heard of it or donated to it before.

These people called my 86 and 88 year old parents looking for me. I haven't lived there for 35 years, so how on earth do they have their number as my contact?  Evidently they are using antiquated lists to make their calls. Here is a bit about EDF, and I stand behind what their goal is, and certainly don't mind donating something to the cause, but I do however, dislike the fact that they are bothering my elderly parents. Update your list EDF!

Received the call at 9:05am.  Did not answer.  I wholeheartedly agree with the EDF.  While I choose to support them financially,  I do not wish to be disturbed by their calls.

I really don't know who is calling from this number.  Caller ID just shows the phone number.  This is the first call from this number.  I didn't answer the call and no message was left.
