It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Same recorded message on both websites.  Report them to you Attorney General to stop them.

Same call.....scams with CC interest, vacations, medical alert etc. All a scam to get your SS# or CC#. Hate to say it but filing a complaint with the FCC or BBB does nothing. The numbers they call from are spoofed or fake..It may say Washington State but in reality may be the Dominican Republic or Ghana etc. Unless it's a "real" # nothing will happen. Only option is to block the number or change #. It sucks that we have to do this but it's reality. As someone who has reported these #'s for years, I know nothing gets done.

Called my family called my work threatned to sue me and tak me to court wanted to speak with my supervisor, tried to call number back states mailbox is full. or  call cant be completed. had this happen a few months ago from another scammer stating the same thing, I went thru my local Attorney Generals Office, and everything stopped.

Received a call from this # today.  No message left.

Comcast really should add more than 12 numbers we can block. Like 12 is great, but my cell phone can block unlimited numbers will the Call Control App.

Received call from 662 373-2067. I picked up and no one answered. I called # back to see who they are but recording stated number temporarily not available. Will report to Do Not Call Registry. Very annoying. Some of these callrs have automated computer dialing. My mom has unlisted number and she still gets these calls. At 91, it is VERY annoying to her!

I am on a do not call list and I am ready to file a suit against these companies! I pressed 9 to be deleted from their list but it didn't work...the damn recording just kept going and going! Consider this my 1st complaint, but not my last!!!!  I am SICK of these companies calling me. I want PRIVACY in my own home and if I am on a do NOT call list...I do NOT want to be called by them! I am furious! There needs to be a FINE for these companies that do not follow the rules of the do not call list. i don't care who you are with or what your non profit status is. Do NOT call means DO NOT CALL!

Got another call from this number, it came up on my caller ID as Out of Area, I picked up and there was nobody there, I said hello a secodn time and it just hung up.

Recorded message concerning some type of senior citizen alert device.

Call on regular bases.
It seems I am getting as many Tele-marketing calls now than before the "Do Not Call" started, that in the beginning seemed to stop the vast number of Tele-marketing (I am of course on the DNC list).
Back then the usually one had a person on the other end, now they are using computers and automated robotic devices to bother you - way cheaper and way more annoying. It ought to be stopped - if not from government, then by whom (the free market is not going to stop this, quite the opposite).

They called at 8:45PM on a Sunday, I answered and nobody was there, great, automated hang up calls.... Caller ID says Tunica  MS

Got a call from this number at 5:30 pm, I picked up and nobody there, it disconnects

This isn't the first time they have called even though my number is on the do not call list. Annoying calls.

Have received a number of calls from this number.  Caller ID says Tunica, Mississippi.  I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number.

Pressed 1 and asked for their company name (Senior Medical Benefits).  Told them Thank You I just wanted to know what company I'm going to report and then hung up.

Received a call from unknown name.  Am on the DNC!  What a joke!

Googled "do not call registry file complaint" and that si what I did.

I got a call from this number few times in the last 6 days but I picked up no one answer.

I have received two calls from this number, one on Aug 18th and one on Aug 27th, 2012.  Second time I decided to press one and a woman came on the line who identified their business as Senior Medical  Benefits. When I asked where her company was located, she hung up.  An obvious tip off to a scam.  The phone number being used is 662-373-2067.  Area code 662 serves northern Mississippi.  And, of course, when you call that number, it is not a working number.  There is no website identifiable with this company.  So do not respond to this bogus company.  I'll report it again the the Do Not Call registry but as we all know that is a waste of effort.

"out of area" - didn't pick up. Telemarketing voice mail was a long message mentioned in previous posts. This one really needs to be dealt with as it is clearly a scheme to get seniors to call back.

"If you're a senior citizen, listen closely to the following information. " No company is given. This same message has been circulating under several different phone numbers. 662 is in Mississippi.

wish these calls would stop, in no need for medical alert or alarm system ( other than one we have)

robo dialer purports to be from a medical alert service (like the "I've fallen and I can't get up" Ad).  If you press "1" the recorded message strongly suggests you are committing to their service.  Not sure if it's a scam but it is a slick, fast-talking pitch targeting elderly folks.

Call came to my business phone. I never released the number outside of my customers. Kind of curious how they would have called me. Never answered the phone.
