yesterday I had gotten a call from arbitration and it was a "mike" and then a "randy" and they called from my area code but gave me a completely separate number to go by to call them back. I asked them direct information about who it was and they said payday loan yes inc. I gave them a piece of my mind after I found out from google it was a scam. then today I had received a message from a different 800 number from a woman name lisa walker and she said it was an account with payday loan yes inc. I told her I never heard of them and told her about yesterdays happenings and that my husband works for the sec of state BBB and she told me that she would dispute the claim for me and send me a packet not to worry about a thing, idiots!!!!!

I have been getting messages and spoke to them several times. They won't send me proof and got a call from a lady also from six different numbers. They know my social and address and other info!! I just figured out it was fraud. Not sure what to do. There names are randy Jackson, brain, tina. At least that's what they told me.

He keeps calling my phone and my job he needs to be caught ASAP

Got a call from this number twice. Both times threatening messages were left that gave no information as to the matter they were calling about or the company identity. The message today said they would be filing a judgement because they had not heard from me. I tried to call back this number, as well as the number left on the voicemail (855-467-7745) and was directed straight to a voicemail that simply said, "The person at extension 101 is not available" before the beep. I left a message with ONLY my phone number and said I would be reporting the number to the Better Business Bureau and that I needed to be taken off their list. A couple of points to keep in mind:

1) The person in the message did not use proper English and although they were trying to sound official, they weren't even using the correct tense of the words they spewed. Even minimum wage telemarketers read from an approved script written by someone with basic English skills.

2) If this were a collection call, the agency would be required to identify themselves per the debt collection law.

3) Neither number is connected anywhere on the internet to an actual business. A law firm, collection agency, etc, is required to register their business and would at least have their number listed.

I ran my free credit report today just to make sure someone hadn't gotten ahold of my identity and tried to open an account. It's clear, thankfully. Be very careful and do NOT give these scammers any information.

Called me saying I had taken a loan at paydayloan incorporation in 2009, and that I had to pay otherwise they'd send me to court. I've never taken a loan (any type for that matter) in my life. Ever.

I got the same phone call today. Guess this is just a scam.

Left threatening messaging saying I have been ignoring their calls and I need to retain counsel.  Seeing as how I have nothing in collections and I have not received any snail mail regarding this supposed issue, I know for a fact that this is a scam.  Not the first time they have tried this but were using a different number.  Same scam different number and always around tax time.

I got the same threatening message, having never heard from these people before, saying that I was clearly ignoring them and not taking the matter seriously, so they were forced to seek a judgment against me without my knowledge. I called back, got a Brian in Arbitration, who refused to tell me the company or the law firm for which he works, unless I divulge all of my personal information, name, full SSN, DOB, and home address. He wouldn't tell me if this is a credit collection agency or anything, and I have no idea what this is, but it is kind of freaking me out.

I too got the same call today. I immediately "texted" back and said I reported it to the better business bureau. They did not leave their company name or any information. Pretty scary when people get ahold of our numbers like this. Unreal

Personel leaving the message did not say who the company was and that i have not been returning their phone calls and that i need to retain counsel. I called the same number back and a gentleman from 'Arbitration' answered, i explained the 'voicemail' and he wanted me to confirm the last 4 social to what he had on his records 'according to my phone # '  the last 4 social did not match and then i told him i wanted a direct business phone # that i can confirm with the Better Business Bureau, he then replied that my phone number has been dropped from their data base and i dont need to be concerned. I told him that i will have written notes on paper if this was ever to come up again.

Extremely harassing message, but did not identify themselves or the company they were calling about. Threatened lawsuit and suggested I retain counsel.
