My daughter received a message similar to this and boy, did they rip her off. Fortunately, I had just seen a scam on the news. She called the bank and stopped all transactions on her account.

I called this number to find out what this was about. I call from a land line rather that my cell. When I heard please enter your card number and no other options I just hung up. This is definitely a scam! I went on a cruise to the Carribean and they used SunTrust onboard for the ATM. Hmmm.

Obviously a fraud. No bank would text from an unknown number to get you to call them and give CC info. That should be common sense.

Received text-immediately called Suntrust Customer Sevice .Requested my account be checked and in order. Suntrust is aware of situation. Please do not call 678-278-1132 !!! Be safe.

Received numerous text from this # today, telling me to call there was a problem with my Mastercard with Suntrust...it had been limited and would be disabled if I didn't respond immediately and return the call to 678-278-1132. Upon calling the #, it prompted me to enter my Mastercard # in an automated system. If this was truly Suntrust, one of their Customer Service rep's would've been calling my home phone. I DID NOT give them my card #. Suntrust already has that info, why would they call asking for it. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT SCAM....DO NOT REPLY TO THEM. Call the authorities immediately.

Do not give the no information!!! I call suntrust right after receiving text messages. And they know about that. But save your self and do not respond call police.

This number is a fraud line trying to get you to enter a mastarcard number into an automated system. DO NOT DO IT. They are saying they are SunTrust but they aren't!
