I have been getting these calls, they say I was just entered into the $5000 drawing...Congratulations!!!...They dont list any specific company, just that its because of my credit card...seem to be fishing for info....I asked to be taken off their list.

I got a call today from the number, 6784206161 and they told me that since I had such a good long-standing relationship with bank I had been chosen to represent the state of Kansas in a $5,000.00 drawing they said that it was a no purches neccesary entry, but later on they wanted to me to give them my account information so I could purchase some magazines from them.  I told them that I do not give out my card info over the phone and their response was, "Oh, that's fine, just grab your check book and read off your routing # to us."  Well, what do they think I am, dumb or something?  I told them that I could not locate my check book (I didn't look for it.) so they would have to call me back later.  I'm not going to answer them when they do call, I really think that it is a fraud.

received a call yesterday morning with the number 678-420-6161 on my cell phone but did not pick up since I did not recognize the number and they did not leave a voicemail

They called me again today but from a different phone number. 404-845-0403. This time the guy said he was from Georgia and I had been entered into a contest for---- And that's when I cut him off and said I don't want you guys to call me anymore, to which he responded Geeze! and hung up.

First I'd like to say that I just got the phone call 30 minutes ago, that's 7:45 AM for me and I'm not ok with that. I was sleeping! Aside from that, I didn't get hung up on, thank goodness or I would have been even more upset. However I did hear a great deal about "$5000 sweepstakes, $500 grocery coupons, a lady's watch with a REAL diamond, $2.99 magazine subscription." When I asked where she got my information she vaguely said "your banking institution." I told her that I didn't read magazines so I didn't want to spend $3 a week on them, thanks anyway. She then asked what my hobbies were in which I replied, one of them is sleeping so I'm going back to bed!

They better not call back any other morning. I like my sleep, thank you.
