I got the same message today: "I got something to tell you" I'm sure it is spam...

It's some sort of spam text message that I get, but I'm scared to answer back so I'm not exactly sure what it does. Both messages have just said "got something to tell u", but no follow-up when I don't respond. Messages were about a month apart.
