Don't believe these scammers when they say they can issue a warrant for your arrest over a debt. They are private entities and have no authority to issue warrants or arrest anyone, and you can't go to jail for unpaid debts. The worst they can do to you as far as law enforcement involvement is to have the sheriff's office serve you personally with a court summons, but that is the last straw and from there it's in the civil court's hands.

Bottom line, THEY are breaking the law by impersonating law enforcement and you should tell them as such when they call.

Got two missed calls from them  them after 10:30 pm last night.  Said she was  calling about a civil suit filed against me for bad check information and I had 24 to take care of this or the case would be placed on a court calendar..


So far no calls today..

Oh and yes I did cancel that card!!!! God don't like ugly!!!!

I got a call from this same number and some lady name Kimberly Taylor was telling me that I owe some company so money from 09 which I couldn't remember but anyway she was very rude and nasty!!! Telling me I owe 815 dollars and how was I going to take care of this. Either I can take care of this today or they was going to take me to court and then I would have to pay up to 2700.00 in court fee and fines plus interest. She had me going for a minute cause she had a lot of info on me so I told her that I can make payments. Now at first she wanted all money up front and they couldn't work with me but all of a sudden she can let me make payment arrangement. So I gave her my card number but when we Hung up something just didn't feel rite so I called her back and some guy answer so I ask to speak with her never said a last name but he was like she just step away from her desk but he can help me but I told him I need to speak with her cause my lawyer was on the line and wanted to know some more info from them. But he Hung up on me. So yes this is all a scam!!!!

Yeah, I got missed call that showed this number and I called this number back but the recording said "Delmar claims" and I was not familar with it so I hung up.  Then I goggled this number and found this website and saw your comments.

I got the same number didnt leave a msg on my cell or anything but I dont answer numbers I dont recognize so if they dont leave a msg buess it aint that important

according to federal trade commission law these phone calls are an illegal form harassment.
I have reported this number to the FTC and advise everyone to do the same.
Fortunately, they were not calling for me, but for an employee in the warehouse of my business...
It is also illegal for debt collectors to call places of employment as it ties up phone lines and could be potential cause for termination.

Please do something about these rude calls.

I don't have a lone from these people. I think that I was used as a reference. I wish they would stop calling my  home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They leave nasty messages.

i also recieved calls from this number..they were trn to threaten me....they are scammers..dont pay attention to these type of calls.

Threatened to put me on a court calendar for a civil matter!  A bad person with my same name lives in my city so is probably a mis-identity.

ANYBODY GETS A CALL FROM THEM, ADVISE THAT YOU WILL CALL THE POLICE, AND THE CALLS WILL STOP, REPORT THEM TO THE BBB, AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL......

Threatening debt collector.  Wrong person.  I checked out company, Delanor Kemper.  Better Business Bureau rates them an "F."

Did you ever hear anything more about a lawsuit or standing in front of a judge? Those people really scared me.

This company called me and left a message at my work, not cell phone but work and said that I owed them money that was taken out in 2007.  A compnay that I never heard from and that I would need to appear in front of a judge in I dont pay.  The woman would not give me her name, would not answer any of my quesitons, let me speak and then hung up on me.  She also said I stole money and needed to give it back.

i got the same call...her message was very vauge and said there was a class action suit, which doesn't make any since, this is really weird.

she called my job which i have not been at since 3/15. i have no clue what is going on. she told people at my job that she had info on me and nothing more. y call the job is the question???

I have gotten a phone call from this investagator washington tell me that she has a court order for internet check fraud and i called back and said i would be willing to make payment arragements she told me no and then told me not to call her office anymore.

So my husband called back and some guy telling me i was going to jail and that i know what i was doing and this thing is from 2007 and i have no clue
So i have blocked there number and I am calling the bbb tomorrow
And they will not give ya the agency name either

lol, this "investigator washington" called me, at first i was nice and happy cause i haven't been receiving my postal mail, so i thought it was usps calling.  then she starts talking about internet check fraud. talking about a loan that i took out then she asked what happened, i asked if she was a police offcier, she said she works with the police. then she asked what happened, i asked WHO are you, she gave her name again, i told her my name is terry and your name doesn't define WHO you are!!  she said she was going to try to work with me but now she's going to have me arrested i told her ok thanks.  i called her back and told her i want to make arrangements to be arrested, or to turn myself in, she told me to get off her phone and hung up lol!!!

I received a phone call from this same number and they tried ti threaten me with an arrest if i didn't pay this money by Friday and it was a bunch of BS!!!!

they called my sister and they said she was my mother and I took a loan on an account that was closed a year earlier. Would not state what department they were with and said they were issuing a warrant for my arrest. Rude person hung up. They said the loan was taken out in 2008
