Pay your bill and they won't call. However, if the account is current, you need to call PayPal and have them contact the collectors.

I've been getting several calls a day from this number. I don't answer because I don't recognize the number.

It is a legitimate call from GE Money Bank regarding a PayPal line of credit account.

This number calls my home as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 9:30 p.m., 7 or 8 times a day. It comes up as GE Money. Now they have begun calling my cell multiple times per day and I have no open accounts with them!

Call several times a day, yes I owe them money, yes I am paying them regularly, but I get at least 5 calls a day from different representatives trying to get me to give them my bank info. I was out of work for surgery and rehab and have set up repayment with them, but the calls do not stop.

Appears to be the same organization that runs out of phone numbers 510.725.4075 and 347.625.3719.
Pure scam artists. You won't owe them money.
If it's legit, they won't need to get any further information from you. Only the last 4 of your social. They can pull up your entire legitimate account history from there. If they ask for your full credit card number, they're scam artists, and that's precisely what these guys are doing.

this is the strangest i've ever dealt with. I answer & they ask for me & then hang up. how damn stupid are these people. i guess they have nothing to do. the next step is to file a compliant.

if you owe money, they are allowed one contact per day. they try to get around this by calling from different numbers, so get your stuff together before contacting a lawyer. them leaving a message on your voice mail constitutes a contact for the day, so they cannot call again. sometimes i answer the phone just to tell them that they've already contacted me for the day (whether they did or not) since me answering the call counts as a contact - regardless of what is said. i then hang up immediately. it's amazing to me that a company would pay them to constantly call the same numbers with ZERO results.

I have the same problems listed above. They even tried to charge bme late fees after cashing a payment and then claiming I never paid them and then they had the audacity to suggest maybe my check got lostr in the mail. All the while, I'm current on payments and I STILL get called 10 - 15 times a day.

Talk to a lawyer who specializes in creditor harassment. This is against the law and there are penalties creditors could pay for EACH violation (that's EACH call). Every time they call and you don't owe money, that's a violation. They would end up paying you thousands of dollars.

Keeps calling my cell phone and identifying themselves as GE Money collecting for Paypal. I paid off my Paypal Buyer Credit months ago and closed the account. They keep calling 10-15 times per day, at least every hour.
Is there any way to get these people to stop? I've checked my last statement to see if I accidently underpaid and owe them something, but I'm completely paid off!!!? There needs to be a way to prosecute these people for harassment.
