What good does it do to post these reponses about this number?  I see all these people reporting this issue, but nothing is done about it.

I get a call from this number everyday. But when I answer they just hang up. It tells me I dialed from a phone with calling restrictions or dialed a number which cannot be reached. This is driving me crazy!

Same thing here.  A guy called from the number, asked for me, then said he would call back later.  The phone number was 678-569-0083.  He said he would call back, then hung up.  He didn't call my phone, but my mom's.  She couldn't hear very well, but he said he was from something "financial services".

I tried to call the number back and got the same message, of "dialed from a telephone with calling restrictions or dialed a number which cannot be reached".  I don't have any outstanding bills, so I can't begin to imagine what this is, other than some kind of scam.

a lady from this number called and asked for me and as soon I said that it was me, she hung up.  I am not able to call this number back - it says - "dialed from a telephone with calling restrictions or dialed a number which cannot be reached".

I do not understand what this means.  Why can I not reach this number if someone can call me from it?
