I JUST TOOK A CALL FROM THIS COLLECTION AGENCY ABOUT A BILL ON HER DESK SINCE MARCH 2007. I ASKED HER WHY SHE IS JUST NOW CALLING ME. SHE SAID I TOLD THEM IN MARCH 2007 THAT I WOULD PAY THE BILL. I DID IN FACT PAY IT DIRECTLY TO THE PROVIDER IN MARCH 2007. THE AMOUNT IS ALSO INCORRECT. SHE SAYS THEY ARE TAKING ME TO COURT "TODAY" IF I DO NOT AGREE TO PAY UP. I GAVE HER THE ADDRESS OF THE COURT HOUSE.
PURE TRASH THESE PEOPLE ARE.

These people have been calling every day for the past four months. The gentleman on the phone claimed to be a paralegal at an attourney's office and that my wages would be garnished and my bank accounts frozen...these people are human garbage!

This is a collection agency. If they call you ask for everything in writing and DO NOT agree to deal with them on the phone. Then search "How to dispute a debt." There are rules they must follow and they can incur large fines if they do not. Help stop their bullying and unfair tactics.
