This guys is a total scammer first he calls from them 770-249-3289 number then I couldn't reach him for over a month. So I've been going around these forums looking for another number and found him at a 404-447-7173 number. So I asked him if he remember the job, and his reply was "Sure I do." So then I asked him what was it, and he starts rambling about him having to go to a meeting and not having the papers in front of him, and how everyone can't remember everything. So, at this point I'm tired of the whole façade and confront him about his lying and the scams that he is pulling. I told him it's very wrong to pull the wool of people's eyes, and to give people false hope. Then he goes into this rant saying: "You know who's scamming people Obama, you know who's pulling the wool over people's eyes??? Obama!!!!" Then I told him he's just an ignorant person trying to get hits on his website, and he proceeds to hang the phone up. People please beware of the wannabe radical, and please do not get involved with this Beyond Star scam, and Robert Topal with his lying ways, Both of these numbers are going to be reported as spam from my phone, and I urge you all to do the rest if "Robert Topal" and "Beyond Star" ever call you.  I hope was a little help for you all.

SOOO, they have  been around since 2/23/2011, BBB knows nothing, their current domain name is registered with Moniker Privacy Services in order to hide his true identity.


WEBARCHIVE.ORG   has been tracking Beyond-Star.com since 10/2010 and it hasn't changed much since then, quirky, amateurish and mostly just a bunch of irrelevant links to nowhere run by a guy named Robert Topel.    However, the style of the website changed significantly (still a load  of trash) sometime after June of 2012.    This was the same time (September of 2012)  that the site was signed up as a hidden registration under Moniker Privacy Services.    Prior to that time, from 22 Aug 2010 to  21 Aug 2012 , the site was registered with:

I suspect this is the "5 year degree" in "3 months" scam. Read about it on another site (fraudwatchers). Lot's of paper paid out, for the worthless paper you'll get. Might as well photoshop & print a degree.
