I have received calls from these people at work, home and on cell.  I made the mistake of taking out payday loans and then had trouble paying them back.  Not because I'm a deadbeat as "Payday" would have you believe.  The problem is it becomes a vicious cycle and you can't get out.  So I decided to do a consolidation and still some of these companies wantt to get you to pay them and pay the consolidator.  I just hang up and I have plans to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.  Because they have accepted the offers and have been told to stop the harassment.  However, they turn or sell the cases to companies like HBC so it seems like they are not harassing you.    I've learned my lesson and I advise anyone thinking about payday loans not to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are a collection agency the handle Pay Day loans if you got a call from them you probably took out a payday loan on line and didn't pay it back

They said that they would send law informent to my home and have me served for cout. Can they do that?

Who is this phone # calling, has anyone else received calls from this #, scary all the info they have

IN REFERENCE TO WHAT "PAYDAY" POSTED-I GOT A CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE TOO AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PAYDAY LOAN WITH ANYBODY. YET, I HAVE TOLD THESE PEOPLE OF THIS REPEATEDLY AND THEY STILL CALL MY WORK NUMBER TO HARRASS ME. ALSO, YOUR POST DOESN'T REALLY MAKE ANY SENSE. YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN HOW TO WRITE AND PUNCTUATE PROPERLY.

THEN GO HARRASS THE BORROWER NOT REFERENCES

PAY YOUR BILLS AND MAYBE YOU WONT GET CALLS DID YOU THINK OF THAT? FRAUD,SCAM ITS ALWAYS FRAUD OR SCAM WHEN PEOPLE CANT PAY THEIR BILLS ISNT IT?..IT WASNT FRAUD WHEN YOU TOOK OUT THE LOAN..IT WASNT A SCAM WHEN YOUR WERE SPENDING THE MONEY THAT WHO EVER THE LENDER MAYBE DIRECT DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ITS EMBARRASSING NOW ONLY  B/C YOU ARE RECIEVING PHONE CALLS TO YOUR JOB.WHEN YOU WANTED THE FACT THAT YOU WERE BROKE AND HAD TO ASK SOMEBODY FOR MONEY TO BE KEPT A SECRET..WORD OF ADVICE COLLECTORS WILL KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU PAY UP OR FORCE YOU TO FILE BANKRUPT LOSERS GROW UP AND HANDLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep getting calls from this number.  2 months ago the woman said she was from a law office now she says she is from HBC and if I don't respond they are going to turn the legal matter over to my state.  Also stated that the legal matter is connected to my social security number and then gives me four numbers that are unknown to me stating that these are the last four of my social

They are a collection agency and they wont do anythng they are trying to scare you . Most likely you had a payday loan and didnt pay it !!! MS Macyntire keeps calling me blah blah blah..legal issues with your file number on it ...the funny part is they keep calling me for my brother n law too cause he used me a s a ref and they been calling him for 6 months now...

They won't do anything, just ignore them.

I am also getting calls from this # , they said I have an outstanding payday loan which I have never done and that they will press charges tmrw if I dont pay. Im not sure what this is about!!!
