"File a warrant"?  What the he** are you even talking about?   The most a civilian can do (in the US) is file a criminal complaint.   Only a judge or magistrate can issue an arrest or search warrant, and that's only after the police present probable cause in an affidavit.

Just ignore it and don't answer any more of the calls so you won't be charged for the call.  If they get too frequent, answer one and tell them you are recording the call to give to the Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force.

Just because you can afford a prepaid phone card doesn't mean you can afford to pay first and last months rent and security deposit.

I got a call too and I told him I don't remember this.. he said I had to pay 1400 or he was filling a warrant. I don't have a job and I'm homeless what is a national warrant. When I asked where he was calling from he hung up and the number won't let me call back what do I do

I also  looked this guy up and he is a real investigator he is registered with the national association of fraud investigators so this guy is really legit.  he called me about a bad check and once I discovered that he is who he say he is I called him back at 678-648-7582  and paid off the check .

I just  found out that this guy is the real deal he actually filed a warrant on me about a bad check I wrote in 2010 at first I thought what ever one else said THIS GUY IS NOT A FRAUD HE WILL FILE A WARRANT IF YOU HAVE WROTE A BAD CHECK I DONT KNOW HOW HE DONE IT BUT I DID GO TO JAIL FOR THAT CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number called my relatives and said that they were going to put a warrant out for my arrest if I did not pay them $,1537.00 by 5 pm. My family freaks out and calls them back to pay for what they were told was a bad check. Just as the transaction was about to be processed, my brother in-law called and said not to pay because he had spoken with the attorney general's office and was now convinced it was a scam. Even if I owed money....what right does he have to threaten jail?  OMG I am so pissed!

This number has been calling for months , which he denied. We have caller I.D. so I know it's been him calling. I never accept his calls until today informing that I'm not the person he's looking for he go into this rambling that he's calling in reference to a criminal case. In the end I restated that he had the wrong number, and not to call me ever again. He's a fraud

Called my phone , I didn't answer.  When I called back they asked what was my case #I told them I didn't have case #, that's when the fool hung up.
