I received a call from this number from a Ms. Hiliger with Ebstein, Weinberg & Assoc.  The message was for my daughter who does not live here.  She gave me a case number which I did not record but also mentioned check fraud and that it had her social security number.  My daughter gets these scam calls all of the time from many different numbers.  Not once do these people provide real contact addresses, etc. or follow through on their threats.  They just want to intimidate people into giving them money.  She contacted the police and talked with fraud departments - basically they told her to change her cell number.  She did and guess what - the scammers got that number and calls continue. I called Ms. Hiliger back and told her it was very interesting to see the information that came up when I typed this number in on the Internet.  She didn't have much to say other than asking if I had contact information for my daughter.  I did ask her if she slept well at night before she hung up.  How do these people live with themselves?

So unless Peaches is your sister, they give the same number to everyone.

I also got a call from this number today, sept 27, but it was for my sister. I didnt answer since I did not know the number. She lefted a message for my sister and listed her personal info on my vm. Womens name was also Whitney Bell.  Case number was the same too, NCBMG 27714. Strange the case numbers are the same.

I got a call from this number yesterday and a lady identified herself as a "Whitney Bell". She said that she was investigating me for a check fraud in the last four digits of my social.  The case number she left was NCBMG27714.  She claimed she was with EW and Associates but when I search the internet for this company, it was a consulting company owned by Ms. Elizabeth Wilson.  I will be contacting Ms. Wilson today to inform her that someone out there is using her company name to extort money from people.  Ms. Wilson's company is based out of Atlanta, Georgia which makes it convenient for this idiot to do this.  Please let me know if you've been getting calls from her.  I have a friend that works for the FBI, they may be able to help.
