Called on July 30, 2013 at 12:19pm and 5:50pm ET. Called my home phone. Caller ID showed caller's name as "Assistance". Did not recognize number as a business I deal with and I don't know any business named "Assistance" so I did not answer call. My phone number is registered with my State's Do Not Call Registry and the Federal Do Not Call Registry. These kinds of scammers could care less your number is listed as "Do Not Call". I'm amazed people answer calls from out-of-state callers they do not know and do not have any business dealings with. People should only answer call if they recognize the number as a friend of theirs or a company they are familiar with such as their employer or a company they buy services from, otherwise never answer the phone. Maybe we need to have NSA identify them since 100% of all calls are recorded it should be easy for them to do and then send a SWAT Team to to wherever they are located and take them to jail like they do when they bust into people's homes. Would love to see the look on their faces when they bust in through several doorways all-at-once in full body armor.

Daily call from this number, ID says ASSISTANCE, seems persistent, never answer and don't have a plan too. Just annoying!

This number called yesterday and today and played a recorded solicitation for insurance.

Got this call two days in a row.  Waited to speak to someone today and they just hung up when I complained about getting the call while on the do not call list. They need to start prosecuting these guys and fining them enormous amounts. The DNC list seems about useless. So many just seem to ignore it. I'm reporting these guys. Hope they get burned.

I LOVE to say " just a minute. I'll get them" ..... set the phone down gently and never return. They hang up in about 90 seconds. That's 90 seconds they aren't bothering other people.

CALLS EVERY DAY, NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE. VERY ANNOYING!!

We've gotten a couple of these a day for over a week. The recording is selling supplemental insurance of some kind. Called the number back and "opted out" of further calls multiple times and that did not work. Finally waited for someone to answer and a few seconds after asking how I could actually NOT get any more calls and they hung up. Filed a Do Not Call complaint.

If only they enforced it, life would be good and I'd love to answer MY own phone without dealing with these suckers.

They called and didn?t leave a message. Their third call. Using a call blocker to block them now.

They hang up when you tell them to stop calling.

How ever when you talk to them it dose waste some of there time!
