This is a debt collector. The company name is Weinberg, Stein, & Associates.  They present themselves as Federal Agents saying that if you don't pay them in 24 hours that they will file felony and civil charges against you.  If asked to provide you written documentation of the amount they claim you owe they ell you by law they don't have to provide you anything
