Calls M-F, never leaves a message & my cell service gets no ring to the number and says 'unable to connect'.

They hung up when I answered, then I called back & got a message saying the number was not in service. They made a critical error in their message - there was no "tri tone", so I was hitting an answering machine/voicemail message. Not smart to try to pull one over on someone who's worked in Telecom for 20+ years - reporting to the FTC.

Got the same as aww58 - I answered, heard a blip, they hung up, I called back, got a busy signal. It's illegal for them to call without a valid callback number.

Received call, left no message. When I returned the call, it stated that the number was not in service. How stupid. TO THE DA-- BLOCK LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
