Weird call at work

Thanks it kind of freaked me out wanted my work address but that was all said they wanted to know my whereabouts kind of weird

I got a call from them too. I'm pretty sure it's a debt collector of sorts - no idea what for because of course they are extremely vague in their voice mails but the same guy called me at work before leaving a message on my phone. He said they have a claim against me but I have yet to receive anything via regular mail just threats over phone. I have zero clue what for so I will not be worrying about it for now. A true legal situation will come through the mail or a constable at my door which I'm pretty sure I would of received something in the mail first, then the constable would show up in regards to a debt. He said he needed my address to deliver it too but if it is a real deal he would know all that. I'm assuming their company bought it from the original company (or however that works) and they do not get all the data or else he wouldn't need my address to mail the alleged claim too. I wouldn't worry just yet..lol...
