Stop calling my number. What is the fing point???

I've cleared up the issue with Saxon and still I get calls from this #. Even if I answer, there's no one there- or message of any kind.

I also keep getting calls from this number even though we have cleared the issue with our Mortgage. Today alone, this number has called me 17 times, sometimes only minutes apart. I answer - nothing there. I try calling back, just a busy signal. Thank you Super Fan 1982 for the information. Our old mortgage company went under and apparently sold our mortgage to Saxon and I do not yet have any contact information for them.

Thank you for finding out the contact point for this number and especially the fax number.  They call our business at least 6 times a day and hang up.

Saxon uses alot of different numbers to call from.

I 'inherited' and new phone number that belonged to a financial deadbeat, therefore I get hundreds of calls for this guy.

I called Saxon Mortgage - Saxon Mortgage Debt Collection Company at the number provided by Super Fan 1982 (800-594-8422). To enter the menu system, I had to enter my ten-digit account number. Since I don't have an account, I entered the phone number that calls me; 6826474000 and it went through. It then asked for the last four of my ss#. I entered the last four of Saxon's number; 8422.

I spoke with 'Terence', employee ID#17718 and told him I had inherited my phone number that they now call twice each evening, he looked up my number and it did belong to a customer of theirs whose name I have gotten to know from the other hundreds of calls I receive.

Since I was not authorized on the account, the only way I could stop the calls was to write a letter showing proof that I now own the number. I will send a copy of my Verizon Bill and a letter. The address is:

checked out the guy who is supposedly head of this company - ranges from stockbroker in NY to Saxon Mtg to VP of another company.... calls started on my cell phone many months ago - they were looking for some guy - told them 10 times wasn't his number and calls stopped for a while - today they started again - just don't answer your phone if you dont know who it is - not gonna use up my minutes for these idiots.

Well as I can see after reading all of what you wrote here, this is another SAXON MORTGAGE NUMBER to harrass people.  Once I answered one of their phone number and the person on the phone was telling me that I was late on my payment.  I told this person that I new I was not but since I lost my job I might in the future. This person told me if I had a pension to cash it and pay them.  I told him I have a better idea I will file for foreclosure, or better yet send you the keys of the house and move out and you deal with the mortgage.  I also told him if I take you to court the judge is going to rule my way because I have special circunstances.  I added you better call me when you can accomodate me with a way for me to be able to pay the mortgate in the future as required by President Obama. Othewise, I told them your on your own.  I also told him my pension is for my retirement and none of his business.  By the way, when I told him I was thinking on foreclosure, the person got all worked out and told me, "do not foreclose just sell it".  I told him I will think about it.  I also told him to stop calling me and the person said I will be receiving a call everyday from them until they are satisfied.  I told him go ahead I just won't answer.  Then I hung up.  They are not helping me on my situation all they think is on the bottom dollar.

They left a voice mail message with 888-325-3502. Call between M-F 7am-10pm CST.

Our office gets repeated hang-up calls from this number 2-3 times daily.  There's no caller ID yet the number can be retrieved using the phone company's resources. The number is from Saxon Mortgage. It's very annoying and disrupting.
How can we get them to stop?

Saxon has never been my mortgage company and they still call loking for someone else they keep saying I'm late and they are going to start foreclosing on my house they have the address wrong and my name wrong but think I'm someone else I think it's funny they are so stupid don't know how they got my number had the same house address for 13 years and have mnc as my mortgage

i called the number 682 647-4000 and a young fella answered the phone & said it was his cell & that he gets these calls for saxon all the time....so don't bother with that number

How do you contact the local legal aid services?  What kind of attorney did you applied for for your forclosure?

I got called yesterday because my payment was late.  I knew that.  I told them that the pmnt was on its way though and she said they would note it on my account.  First time late in almost 2 years by the way and first time since I got the mortgage.  I got ANOTHER call today about the same thing.  Doesnt this constitute harassment?  Once they get a hold of me and they know its on the way, the phone calls should stop immediately.  Is this true.  Should I get my attorney to file harassment charges?

Jesus H Christ! These people @ Saxon Mortgage are unbelievable! They call almost everyday, never leave a message. You call back and it's busy. I have spoken to Saxon at their other numbers yet they still keep calling. They call at home, at work and on the cell! I'd like to stick one of my phones up someone's a**!

all i did was call there customer service # 1-800-594-8422 then pressed 0 to reach  operator gave them my # and told them to not call it anymore!

i have the same problem everyday every two hours and its definitly Saxon Mortgage because they do my service. I have an idea every one of us have to registered on do not call on http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/ and them make a complaint on Federal Comunication Comissioner http://www.fcc.gov
then go to consumer center on the same page  and make a complaint

They have been calling our business for the last month everyday at least 4 to 5 times through out the day. They are ANNOYING!!!!!

This is funny, I had a bad feeling today when I recieved a phone call from a person from this telephone number : 1-(682)647-4000.He asked me my actual living address ,who lived in my home and a whole lot of other questions I was hesitatant because I have an attorney from the department of SC (Probno). My mortgage got taken over by Saxon from novastar in november 2007 or six which every my records show.Your Right, It is been  busys and another funny thing was that the phone just cut off after he said that he was going to be sending me documents because my husband finally got a job.I had do a little investation my self to see that they have a lot of complaints against them at the Website :ripoffreports.com furthmore they actually had the nerve to ask me how i could afford an attoney during my house be foreclosed upon.Where there is a will there is a way! Contact you local legal aid sevices i applied and obatian an attorney for my foreclosure. The banks have to pay for their attorny!
