This is the second day in a row this number has bugged me.  Both times it went to voicemail but the caller hung up without saying anything.

Trying to get me to modify my phone service. I have an illness that makes it difficult for me to do simple things such as getting to the phone to answer it. As I was explaining this, the goddamned bi*** hung up on me. I called it back and got an 800 number to call. I called it and told that person exactly what I thought, even though it wasn't their fault.

aggressive caller that stated he is representative of phone company
