I too received a call from this number but I left my phone at home for my little brother. He answered the call and told me a guy called for me but when my brother ask "Who is this?" there was no answer. The person called again an hour later I didn't pick up but I texted and called this person but there was music playing or something...

Same here, they keep calling, but there's no one on the line. EVER!
When you call back, it tells you to press 1 to enter some scam drawing. If you don't press 1, which I recommend you don't press 1, it disconnects. Obviously some loser who's making some kind of money on spam phone calls! And as usual, there's no way I can see to make them stop, unless you change your #.
