Got a call from this number at 7:28 this morning - who the hell calls at that time???? No message - blocked the number. It's either block it or break their stupid eardrums on the next call. If I don't know the number I never answer and if they don't leave a message I just block them - I love at&t for that feature!!

I have just received another call from this group. I have filed a complaint with the do not call list for the third time since the 24th (it is the 28th today). Every time I get a call, I log the call into a spread sheet I'm keeping and then I block the number. Next, I file a complaint at the following address:

This is really fast. Once you have filled it out the form will do a drop-down auto-fill.
So far the result has been that they change the number that I blocked and keep calling.
I have taken all the actions possible. I have pressed 3 to be taken off the list. I have pressed 1 to get a person and they always hang up when they find out what I have to say. I have called the number back and gone through the same process but none of it does any good.
The more of us that complain the more likely the do not call list will take action. You must report each separate number. I also report them each time they call from the same number. When the complaint line reaches its magic number, it will cause them to take action but it will take a lot of us following through to the complaint line.
I'm on the warpath with these people. I hope I can make them sorry they ever called my number. I'll be in Oregon for the summer. I may go hunt these guys down personally!

Caller said they were from SM3 and wanted to do a survey. Unknown subject for the survey as I did not participate

they suddenly starting calling my cell phone #.  It was even after 9pm in the evening. Requested not to call, but they said, they could call.  and keep calling now at different times.

Please report this number--stop the harrassing calls

I've received numerous calls from this number and have not called back. I'm going to contact my carrier to find out if this number could be blocked. It's just annoying.

Like many others I have received calls with no messages left.  When I tried to return the call I got a message that their message box was full and unable to take any more messages.

Apparently there days aren't numbered that much because there at it again... I've received multiple calls from them this past week and I've reported them to the do not call center... pretty crappy that you posted this several months ago and its still happening

Received calls from this 702 302 4498 yesterday (1-7-2012) and today (1-8-2012). I don't recognized this number so I don't answer it. Wish they would give up and stop calling! Hate stupid people/companies that harass others for no reason or what not!

I just filled out a complaint form with the FCC online to stop these unwanted calls from an unfamiliar number when they never leave a message or pick up a return call.

SO TIRED of this number waking my son up as I am putting him to sleep every.single.night.

Another call from this number ("OPINION POLL") on 12/15/11 @ 7:52 p.m. PST on our land line.  No one on other end when I answered.

This number has called us twice so far, 12/11/11 @ 8:16 p.m. and 12/15/11 @ 7:52 p.m. PST.  No one is on the line when we answer.  Very annoying!  Like others above, we are on the Do Not Call Registry.

This number calls over and over again! When we pick up they hang up! It is making me made we are trying to run a business! And when they call all the time and do this, other people can't get through! Want them to STOP!!!!

This number keeps on calling me all the effing time.  It called five times two days ago, three times yesterday, and now EIGHT times today.  I have not answered once and they never leave a message.  I put it on my block list.

I keep getting calls every hour on the hour from this number! When icall it back it says the vm is full.

when I received this call it was from a political polling company. that I suspect was looking for republicans

- it took a while (10-15 seconds) for them to pick up... robocall
- he asked for me by name
- he told me it was a political poll that would take 5-10 minutes maximum
- he asked me if I still lived at [my address]
- He asked my if I was a democrat, (yes), a strong democrat? (yes, again)
- He thanked me for my time and told me the survey was over

i answer in polish. they don't understand me.unless they understand polish. fat chance of that though

I can't use a call blocking phone, since they are calling my cell phone! 2-3 times every night for the last 6 days! Since now I figured out what the number is I'm going to block them on my cell phone provider website! Yea!

Today I had seven (7) calls from this number! If you answer no one is there; if you don't answer it keeps on ringing. How can one make these idiots to stop these calls.  It indicates the call is from "OPINION POLL".
If you call - you get: SORRY BUT THE USER CANNOT ACCEPT ANY MORE MESSAGES!! Help !!
