Is this not an FCC violation? I have a government caller block on my line for this stuff and I still get these phone calls. FCC needs to get too work on this and stop it.

The same as everyone else.There is no way to contact the person or persons at the other end.The number is out of service.

When a number looks fake to me, I either don't answer or I pirck up the receiver and put it back down again, thus cutting off the call. I have received this one and the 987 number several times. What to do?

Just received this number, (another annoying ring on my phone). I don't answer phone unless I know someone. No message left. I am registering a complaint and obviously using a SPOOF CARD.

Jaci! These are SPOOF cards. You buy them and can "program" them by disguising your voice and a fake number or none at all. HORRIBLE CARDS! TEENAGERS & others use them to check up on their girlfriend or boyfriend. Waiting on Congress to avoid them. Report to your Attorney General in your State.

Got a call from this number. The call ID says out of area, decided to answer it. Never said anything, so I tried calling the number back and it says "THIS NUMBER IS NOT IS SERVICE" If it is not in service then how can they be calling from that number?????????????????????????
