Donald McKenzie has called numerous people from this number and has taken money from elderly people who cannot afford it. He is a scammer and this number should be blocked.

People from this number who I believe to be from Mesquite Nevada on a land line from Ymax Communication Corp - are calling my dad - stealing money from him.  He is 86 years old and they are taking advantage of an old man.  When I call the number - it states he is from Publishers Clearing House and he is the general manager - Donald McKenzie and he has an accent.  Sounds Indian.
