Phone scam, trying to take advantage of the elderly.  You call the number back and man claiming to be Bill Washington with UPS answers, when you confront him he hangs up.  I would like to have the Feds break up these scammers as they are attacking our elderly to take their life savings.  He is a slick talker but I bet he wouldn't be talking behind bars.

This is a scam I got the call but no one showed up.
