I got the text from "Tracy". She was going to have her agent come out and inspect it and ship it to her.she gave me the info to set up a paypal account and wanted to make payment right away. It is a scam

She's been texting me for the last 2 days on a China Cabinet! Scammer!!!

Craigslist is not eBay. No need to take Paypal. "Local only - Cash only - No texts - in Person". Cash & carry. Glad you didn't get scammed.

I got a text today from this same person about a heavy duty scooter I posted last night on CL for $850 she was going to have her agent come out and inspect it and ship it to her.she gave me the info to set up a paypal account and wanted to make payment right away. When I asked about the number being on the web as a scamer she said "Ohh, i understand, is my cousin that wanted me to secure a job for him at my work but i fail to do so and that's why he posted my number online as scam just to spoil my reputation"  Sorry Tracy but your cousin can't be 20 diffent people

Haha glad I googled her number. She tried to do the same thing to me.  Im selling an iphone and she told me about the paypal and wanting to send it to her daughter overseas.

CL scam!! They contacted me for furniture on CL. Very pushy!! Trying to get account and personal info!! Don't fall for the cyber crimes!!! She said her name was Tracy and she was in the Army a d would have someone inspect the furniture and pick up! When I called her out on the scam I never heard back!! Be very careful with out if state numbers contacting you in regards to high value furniture!!!

Had trailer listed on CraigsList as well and only texted me. Said would pay full price and didnt care of condition would have someone pick up for her. Wanted payPal account info!

So glad I checked this out, because she just texted me and offered me more money wanting my email address to pay me right away.

Tried to get me just call her out used e mail tacy something I do not think I will use grains list again all I have gotten is scammers one after another if they only text and don't call it seems to be a scam sad actually.  Why on earth would someone waste days negotiating to end up saying she pay pal 'd me and nothing ever showed up I keep my account at zero so not much to take if they somehow can.  Stay away she even tries to offer you more money tats when I knew it was a dead leed.  Good luck!
