This call was sent as a text message to my cell phone on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010 at 9:20 PM.
Unbelievable! And I get to pay for it!!!
Apparently it doesn't do any good to list your phone number on the do not call registry.

just got his txt msg.....wtf??? i have my cell blocked on do not call list...i hope they stop or has anyone replied to stop the txt msg???

my text came in at 6 a.m. i'm retired & not up that early, but my phone is off unless i have a reason for it to be on.
but as i said, i get charged both for the incomming and again if i opt out.
does anyone know of any law against this? my phone is on the "do not call" list, but is that also a "do not text" list? and how do you find out who the rude person is so you can file a complaint?

you do know it's ok to turn your cell (or the ringer on your land line, for that matter!) OFF from time to time...like when you're trying to sleep? it really IS ok. i started doing this as soon as my kids were old enough to move out!
i have to pay for my texts, in and out. so it costs me when this stuff happens, and again to "opt out!"
