Is this a telemarketer?  What happened to the National Do Not Call list?  I've registered on there and just started getting calls from strange places.

When this number called, it was about information on registering for college classes, unsure what school it was though.

I think the recording said green match to help you find education opportunities.

This number calls my cell up to 2 times daily and has been for weeks never leaves a message
